We've been enrolled since our child was three months old, and the care has been consistently wonderful. What stands out most is how nurturing and attentive the staff are - they genuinely know and care about my child as an individual. The educational activities are age-appropriate and engaging, and I can see how much my child is learning and developing! The camera access and daily communication about what my child is doing, eating, and learning gives me such peace of mind during the day. It's clear that everyone on the team is passionate about early childhood development, and that makes all the difference. We feel so fortunate to have found a place where our child is not just cared for, but truly thrives. ❤️

I was told that I'm "not Allowed to give a review" by the director. Last I checked, I have freedom of speech. As long as I'm not lying, saying specific names, or slandering anyone.. it is my right to give a review of my experience. I wish I could give a 0 Star review. My 2 year old was abused. Neglected. And denied food. I do not like change, I've had 4 kids here, for years. So I kept overlooking things. But I just couldn't anymore. So I gave my 2 weeks notice. The director is so unprofessional. Even after my money disappeared from my account, I still stayed. Even after my baby got a Black eye that lasted over 2 weeks it was that bad... I stayed. I was denied to see the camera footage. I got 3 different stories. Then, I've had since they were 6 weeks old "CHANGE DIAPERS HOURLY " in their file, which has never been done. My poor baby got diaper rash so bad that it was welted up. Bright red. Horrible sores. That she couldn't get in a hot bath without screaming. She couldn't get wiped with a regular wipe without screaming in pain. She couldn't even sit to eat for 3 days. I have pictures and texts to prove all of this. That was May 2024. We are now in March 2025 and still I pick her up with poop in her diaper at least 2 days a week. My child used to be excited to eat. Now she says "shut up and eat". And "shush" constantly while eating. I've never used them words at home!!! So she must be learning them at kiddie academy. She cries when I drop off, and she never used to do that. She's clearly being neglected, abused, treated differently, something is going on. But I believe the owner should not be allowing this director to run her business into the ground. Years ago when there was another director things were so much more professional. It's a shame. As a mother who works full time, to be worrying constantly when your kids are there, is a stressful feeling. Daily. Then when it was our last day they kept all of my diapers. I was treated so horrible. I even got clothing sent home that was not mine. I've donated so much to this daycare. Pregnant employees. Bought books for classrooms. Supported everything I could. Gave clothing. Costumes. Donated for Easter. Food drives. Etc. And to be treated like this all because I finally stood up for my babies. Who are 10 month old and 2 years old is truly sad and concerning to me. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. The stuff I've witnessed I can't even say on here. Because I don't want to get anyone in trouble. I'm simply stating MY EXPERIENCE. 100 PERCENT FACTS, ONLY PERTAINING TO ME AND MY CHILDREN. So good luck to anyone going to send their kids here. I'll pray you have a different experience than me. I am a single mother. I work hard. I could have sold the stuff I gave to them. But I'd rather help out other people, because I'm a giver. I donated stuff. Not sold it. And I got treated like this. Disrespected. And my children mistreated. On top of being threatened that I can't post a review lol.

The staff and teachers here are amazing! They’re so caring and organized, and our daughter loved this school. We really liked how they encourage kids with little prizes for good behavior and participation. They also give parents clear feedback on how we can support our child’s growth and development, which was super helpful. They plan lot of fun activities for kiddos indoor and outdoors, we recently went to their annual carnival which was so much fun for kids and parents to get to know and interact.

My daughter is two almost 3, and we changed schools about a month ago because of staffing issues and no schedule at her old school. Since joining the KA family, we have seen a dramatic change. The staff is amazing. Everytime we see any staff member, regardless of if she has them in class, they go out of their way to say hello, and make her feel welcomed. On the other hand, the amount of activities my daughter has done has exceeded my expectations. She is always learning new things and their day is always busy. If I knew about this school when she was a baby, we would have enrolled in here in the beginning. I am so happy we changed and I could not be more thankful my daughter gets this experience.

My children have been attending Kiddie Academy for nearly two years now, and I would absolutely recommend it. The teachers are incredibly warm and personable, and it means so much to know that my kids feel safe, happy, and cared for each day. One of my favorite features is the live camera access, it gives me peace of mind and brightens my day when I miss them during work hours. I also really appreciate the educational plans tailored to each child’s development, as well as the thoughtful activities that allow parents to be actively involved. Having all three of my kids enrolled there has been such a blessing, and I’m especially grateful for how secure and well-managed the center is.
