we really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt because we came in with the director change. we had a great tour! and then everything they said started changing. they said they could heat up food; then about 1.5-2 months in they no longer could. my child went hungry many times. they hardly changed my child’s diaper (35 times in the span of his 6-8 weeks there) yet they were asking us to bring more in. they’ve lost his clothing and blankets. also, we’ve shown up to drop our child off, and they were refusing to take more kids that day- no biggie for us, but some communication beforehand would’ve been nice. i saw parents frantically calling back up care while clearly compromising their jobs for lack of communication. if i could give negative stars i would. erika is incompetent, at best.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDERN HERE. The director Erika is not fit to take care of children. She leaves kids unattended constantly. she left a child in soiled pants for nearly an hour. There was a child in her care that went the whole day without eating because she was too lazy to go get his food. She has the police called on her AT THE DAY CARE because she refused to give one of her employees their paper work. DHS has been called there multiple times. Their license is at risk of being suspended. She is incredibly unprofessional and should not be working with children.
Please do not entrust this place with the safety of your children if Robin is still the director. Robin is extremely unprofessional. She leaves the classrooms out of ratio which is why the children get hurt; or don't get their diaper changed. The workers here do not have any experience in taking care of children. There was one employee that actually kicked a child and did not get fired. There was another employee who throw a toy and hit a child in the face and then laughed. She did not get fired. There is no value in the employees That actually work hard and does everything within guidelines and regulation.
Extremely clean facility, nice outdoor area for kids to play, reasonable rates. They have really helped to accommodate us in various situations. My son has been here for 6 months and we're very happy with them.
My children attended this daycare briefly. We eventually had to remove them due to having multiple issues. In my opinion, it was the worse daycare that my children have attended.
