Hold My Hand Day Care Center

When our daughter joined Hold My Hand Daycare last year, it was not only her first time in school but also her first big step in a brand-new country. We were nervous about how she would adapt, but the love and patience she received here made all the difference. Ms. Patty, Ms. Maddy, Ms. Carolina, and Ms. Valeria became more than teachers — they were like family, guiding her through her days with kindness and encouragement. Thanks to them, she didn’t just learn new skills, she also grew in confidence and joy. Every morning she went in with a smile, and every afternoon she came home with stories of laughter, songs, and friends. A very special mention to the beautiful graduation they prepared — it was clear how much dedication and love went into every detail. It was an unforgettable celebration that moved us all and left more than one parent with tears in their eyes. As parents, we’ll always carry deep gratitude for this place and these amazing teachers who welcomed our little girl with open arms. Hold My Hand will always hold a very special place in our hearts.

We absolutely love Hold My Hand Daycare! Ms. Carolina, Ms. Maddy, and Ms. Patty have been nothing short of amazing with both of my children, who are three years apart. They’ve helped each of them with so many important milestones, including potty training, learning to speak more clearly, becoming independent, and even early writing and coloring skills. As a new mom I had no idea how to get my kids to potty train, but these amazing teachers helped and made it a success. What makes this daycare truly special is how they treat every child, and every family, like their own. The care, patience, and genuine love they show every day is something you can't put a price on. My kids have grown so much thanks to the nurturing and structured environment here. I’m so grateful we found Hold My Hand Daycare. It’s more than a daycare, it’s a second home. I give this place a 10 star. Both my kids have been attending Hold My Hand Daycare since they started walking until they started kindergarten. This place makes my kids so happy. They love the staff. Carolina, Sonia, Mrs Valeria and all the girls are so amazing, helpful and sweet. My kids feel safe in this place and they are so happy when I drop them off and pick them up. I definitely recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for a safe, happy safe space for your child. This is a great start to their education journey and I am so happy they got to experience this at Hold My Hand Daycare.

I highly recommend this daycare. It is one of the more trusted daycares in Union City hands down. My daughter has attended this daycare for two years now and must I say they are a group of qualified, caring, positive, and warm teachers. This center provides a safe and stimulating environment which is difficult to find. We will be back next summer. :)

This is the worst day care center. I can not stress this enough. I brought my daughter to this place and she spent a total of three half days and five full days. She was completely healthy her entire life of 19 months, up until arriving here. In the short amount of time she was here, she ended up with diaper rash and a very serious bladder infection. I had to bring my daughter to the emergency room yesterday and spend the whole day there. These women couldn't care less about the care of your child. When they did change the diaper, they put it on backwards once, and they always put it on way too tight. They didn't clean it well at all either. The very last day they left my poor girl crying for hours before contacting us, and she was crying as a result of the ailments she developed spending time in this wicked place. They also never gave her enough water which helped in getting her sick. They are extremely cheap with their food too. They give rice and beans for lunch, and a small waffle or a pancake for breakfast. Nothing that costs anything or has any type of nutrition. Everyone has to bring their own food if they want their child fed well, and they certainly don't care if your child doesn't want to eat. They make no effort to try to get your child to eat. My wife also witnessed one of the girls giving dessert to one of the kids for breakfast that the child's parent had packed for their lunch. My wife also witnessed the first day she was there that they didn't have the kids wash their hands before eating. The director also promised to send pictures frequently, which rarely happened. This place does not have a camera available for parents review for a reason. They have a lot to hide. Stay as far away from this house of horrors if you care at all about your child. These women simply do not care about the well-being of your child. There are so many day care centers in Union City. I can't see how you can get any worse than this one while still staying in business. It is now 2AM and I have to tend to my child that has a high fever and is crying because of these careless women. You have been warned. Heed my advice. STAY AWAY.
