My family and I had the most incredible stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding best hotel we've ever been to n on island as we've stayed at all the hotels on island and this cant be beat. Food & beverage amazing, got complimentary room upgrade, special birthday cake and treats were waiting in my room when we checked in. The pool servers gave me each day a complimentary glass of champagne, they also gave us tokens for the kids to get shave ice , ice cream for 2 days and special pool treats on the hour every hour forvall guests alomg with complimentary use of cabanas. The adult pool had a local singer playing the ukulele which was really nice and nightly entertainment in the lounge. They had a canoe outrigger that we went out on in the morning which was a wonderful experience. Staff was extremely friendly n welcoming. Duo and spago are excellent restaurants on property. Will definitely be returning in the future as this hotel made my birthday extra special n unforgettable experience

WOW — what an incredible hotel! Truly worth every penny. This is easily one of the most customer service–oriented hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service was outstanding — we were there for our babymoon, and every single staff member knew about it and made us feel special, from breakfast through dinner. Dining: Spago is an absolute must — the food is fantastic, and both the chef and staff made the experience unforgettable. Room: We were upgraded to an Executive Suite, which was beautifully appointed, spotless, and very comfortable. A special mention to the housekeeping team — they were exceptional and always made sure our room was perfectly arranged and refreshed. Location & Beach: The setting couldn’t be better. The beach is calm and swimmable, with a dedicated hotel section offering comfortable lounge chairs and towels. We even saw turtles grazing on the rocks just a short swim from shore — plus colorful fish and an octopus! It’s definitely a premium hotel, but the experience, service, and attention to detail make it completely worth it. We can’t wait to come back.

Only got to stay a couple of nights here but have nothing but good things to say. Aloha truly lives here and the entire team front to back is well trained, professional and goes above and beyond every time. You’ll pay a 5 star rate here but it is 5 star in every way possible. I’ve stayed at a few of the other properties in Wailea and the Four Seasons tops all others.

Wow. This place is pure MAGIC, had an incredible vacation with my family! From the moment you arrive, to the moment you leave its a first class experience like no other hotel you'll ever stay at. Service is 11/10, everyone is friendly, helpful, and every detail is perfect. The rooms are phenomenal, everything you want is there before you even think you want it. I can't speak highly enough about it, you need to experience it first hand. Don't think twice, run don't walk, stay at this Four Seasons!

We were excited about spending time at the adult only infinity pool. However, we were quite surprised to learn that you have to arrive at about 7am in order to get a chair. We arrived at 11:45am and no chairs were available. We were added to a waitlist. After being added to the waitlist, we were informed there were 20 parties ahead of us. Essentially, the whole place would need to clear out before we would be next in line. There was another couple in front of us that had been waiting even longer. They arrived around 11am. When the pool closed at sunset they still had not received a text for available chairs. Even if you get a chair, if you leave the chairs they will clear your items and give the chairs to someone else. There is no where to even lay out your towel if you want to stay to use the pool. Obviously, this pool area is way too small for the amount of guests they have at this property. This was in February so I can’t imagine the waitlist during the summer. I was surprised to see other reviews complaining about this same issue. Some of the reviews are 4 years old so it appears this has been an ongoing issue that they don’t plan on fixing. I would not book this property hoping to use this pool.
