We loved the Fairmont. Beach location, suites, amazing lobby and restaurants, great service. The list goes on. Highly recommended. Breakfast is the best I have had ever. Period. Only thing that could have made it perfect was a better sunbed system. People threw towels on early morning (like really early!) and then didn't show up for hours

Have had some pretty special moments staying here! Very family friendly resort with really good staff. The staff makes this place. Edited from 4/5 to 5/5- first resort we have stayed at where we did not receive an upgrade as Diamond. In fairness to them they did say it was sold out. They did offer us the same room I floor up but the ocean view is very limited. Next time I will book a better view. Also we cant seem to get snorkel equipment with the resort fee anymore? Edit: They did provide alternative activities and did honor a nice late checkout so I have increased it to 5/5. I feel like they really did come through in the end! The canoe experience was very cool. Beach ia amazing. And again the staff here is amazingly attentive even when there are hiccups.

One of the things we loved most was how open and spacious the resort felt. The lobby was airy and welcoming, the gardens were beautiful, and the views toward the ocean were stunning throughout the property. Our suite was large and comfortable, and the view from the room was just as impressive. What truly made our stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service. After we accidentally left a backpack behind and had already arrived at the airport, the concierge team quickly located it, kept us updated by text, and arranged for it to be delivered to us right away. That level of care and responsiveness left a lasting impression.

From the moment you drive up you are in heaven. The lobby with the ceiling high waterfalls and ocean view is stunning. The service from the employees was above and beyond. So much Aloha spirit. The rooms are large. The bathrobes and slippers are lovely. The gym was huge and the fitness classes were very good. The breakfast buffet is the most amazing thing ever, they had beyond everything you could think of. The best part is the beach access. The beach is the perfect little cove with the best waves and sand.

The room was so nice and clean. We had an outside view and it was beautiful. The staff everywhere was amazing and so nice. We stayed at another hotel in another city for part of our trip. I found myself missing this hotel. Very kid friendly. The crib was amazing, and they had a care package of soap, bubbles, a stuffed toy otter, and a turtle necklace for my son. He wore the necklace all week and got many comments! Can’t wait to come back!
