We started at First Steps three years ago with an infant and could not be happier! The staff is wonderfully attentive, kind, and caring toward the kids, and there is a great balance of creative free time and structured learning. Our toddler loves her teachers too, which I think is at least as important as us parents liking them! This is a wonderful place and we’ll all be sad to age out in a few short years!

I highly recommend First Steps daycare! My son's teacher, Ms. Destiny, is incredibly sweet and kind. All the teachers at the facility are professional, and it's clear they truly love their jobs. The daycare requires parents to provide lunch, snacks, diapers, and wipes, which I actually prefer since my child is a picky eater and often won't eat the meals provided by other daycares. The facility is clean, well-organized, and filled with a variety of toys and activities that the teachers use to engage the kids. I was personally recommended to this daycare, and now I can confidently pass that recommendation along to others. If you're new to parenthood, I suggest enrolling your child as early as possible, as the waitlist can be around a year long.

Everyone here is kind and professional. Our 5-month old has been in the infant room for about 2.5 months. The teachers send a sheet home each day reporting on bottles, naps, tummy time, and diaper changes (number and time of day). It is clear that the teachers love what they do, and that our baby is well cared for. First Steps was recommended to us and we would recommend it to other parents.
