I had a very disappointing experience with this company. It feels extremely money-driven with little genuine respect for families. While most of the administrative staff are respectful, Jamie at the front desk is consistently unprofessional and it’s unclear why she is in that role. The new director still seems to be finding her footing, but unfortunately comes across as unprofessional and dismissive. On a positive note, Ms. Nina, Mrs. Sierra, and Mrs. Tonya have been wonderful. They clearly care for the children and their work deserves recognition. The larger issue, however, is the instability. Teachers are leaving constantly, which speaks volumes about the environment. Families deserve better consistency and care. This place needs serious changes before it can truly serve children and families the way it should.
Me being a parent who puts my standards high with how I approach my child’s care really want to say something about these past reviews. They are not true. My child started about 2 months ago, I wasn’t satisfied with the previous Director was not approachable or nice at all. I really like the new Director, has really addressed all my concerns as well as been friendly. I know in my heart she cares, as well as the environment has been more positive as well as cleaner. Each day brings more positive changes and I gladly tell her. I am happy my child is there, she is professional and kind.
Honestly I have no idea where all these negative reviews as of late are coming from. This place has had 3 out of 4 of my children and has exceeded every expectation we have had. The teachers are loving and take care of the children especially when boo boos or issues occur. The administration has been top notch in reporting things or making sure that our level of care expectations are being met. Please make sure you look into this establishment for your child care needs and dont take these most recent reviews to heart because they are not true at all.
Love the urgency the Administrative team gives when I need the assistance with any services. New Director is friendly and cares. Love that she greets with a smile and asks is there anything she can do to help my door is open!!!! Never received that before. My child is in the NC PreK class, and loves the effort and love his teachers put into his care. Thank you for everything you do!!!
The front desk was often rude to my family when dropping my child off. My child cried every day at drop off he changed and wasn’t himself when I enrolled him there. He would rush me to leave and he’s never been that way. In the mornings classes would fill up and I’d have to walk my child from class to class trying to find a class for him to go to. If I asked for help from the front desk they would roll their eyes and be annoyed. The diapers I would send in would be used on other children and my child would come home in other children’s diapers(yes his diapers were labeled). My child broke out in a rash from having another child’s diapers put on him. In the very first meeting I had with the daycare about enrollment they were heavily focused on money and suggested we should reschedule since I didn’t have my voucher in hand for them to go over the main reason for the meeting the money. If I call the phone rings and no one answers. I took my child out of the daycare in may. To this day I cannot get them to send my check for reimbursement and tell me an update. They give me the run around stating billing is not working today we out in a request it takes a few months to get the check. It’s September. I communicated an address change before I was locked out the app and they (front desk staff) communicated they would pass along the Information. One phone call I was told the day they sent out the check in may and that they can see where it went. But they cannot tell me if it has gone to the right address. I call weekly for updates and it’s still billing isn’t in. The person that can look up my information to tell me the update isn’t in. Weeks of this. They will deny your child if you don’t pay on time but they can hold on to your money that you work for and give the run around when it comes to reimbursement checks?? They tell you they post updates about your child in the app after week two it stopped. I am happy I unenrolled my child and my child is thriving at the new daycare.
