A Truly Exceptional Experience—The Teachers Make the Difference! We couldn't be happier with our decision to send our child to Enchanted Care Learning Center. While the facility is wonderful, it's the incredible teachers who truly set this center apart - especially Ms. Ashley, Ms. Lainey, Ms. Aaron, and Ms. Heather. Every teacher we’ve interacted with is not only warm and nurturing but also deeply professional and passionate about early childhood education. They create an environment that is both structured and incredibly fun. Our child comes home happy and constantly shows off new skills. They are fantastic communicators, providing detailed updates on our child's progress, activities, and send photos daily. We feel confident and at ease knowing our child is being cared for by a team that sees them as an individual and treats them with such genuine kindness and respect. Highly, highly recommend!

We visited five different child caring facilities prior to choosing Enchanted Care Westerville and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. Miss Erica and Miss Aaron (infant room) take great pride in creating a welcoming and caring environment for our child, and clearly love her as their own. We’re especially grateful to how proactive all of the staff have been with managing our child’s multiple allergies. We couldn’t recommend Enchanted Care enough!

We've had a really good experience sending our daughter to Enchanted Care. She has been in both the infant and toddler rooms and the teachers in both rooms are kind, caring, and always keep us in the loop with how she's doing. They're great about communicating and making us feel comfortable leaving her in their care. The rooms are always clean and well-kept, and we get regular updates and photos throughout the day, which we really appreciate. It’s nice to see what she’s up to and know she’s in good hands.

I can’t say enough great things about EC! This daycare was a family recommendation whose kids went to the same daycare through school age. They are absolutely amazing—especially for school-age kids. During summer camp, they keep the kids so engaged and active, with fun and exciting field trips four days a week! My son always comes home happy and full of stories. Throughout the school year, they’ve been incredibly helpful, especially on drop-in days when plans change last minute. It’s such a relief to have a place that’s flexible, welcoming, and reliable. A huge shoutout to his teachers— Melanie, Misty, Kenya, and Nick. They are truly the best. They interact with the kids in such a positive, thoughtful way, and it’s clear they really care. My son loves being there! The front office staff is also wonderful. They are always kind, organized, and ready to help with anything we need. You can tell they run this place with care. Highly recommend!

Our son has been going to Enchanted Care for over a year now and we have been nothing but pleased with his experience so far. The care and attention from the staff is wonderful and the classroom curriculum is great and makes me feel good as a parent about Kindergarten readiness!
