We love Milestone Lane! Our daughter had a hard time transitioning to being away from home and they tried everything to make her feel safe and comfortable at drop off. Even sending us pictures when the tears ended to know she was all better. Love the smaller in home feel. The teachers and staff are amazing!
We’ve loved Milestone since day 1. We originally were signed up with another school, and our gut told us to move our daughter to this one. Thank goodness we went with our intuition. Our daughter gets exceptional care, she’s progressing quickly in her education, and we would recommend to anyone.
Great place! The staff and teachers have been there the whole time we’ve attended the daycare (so the staff retention is great), and it has a family feel. My son is excited everyday, and they act equally excited to see him. We’ve received very cute and thoughtful crafty presents for some of the holidays!
After seeing a young couple at daycare today, presumably considering it for a new baby, I recalled going with my husband for the same reason-- standing in their shoes, and hoping we were making the right choice just a few years ago... Today made me realize- I have yet to write a review, but will highly recommend! Our daughter has transitioned well from the infant room, to mobile room, and now toddler space. She looks forward to going, is kept busy with the engaging activities, and loves the outdoor time they frequently have at their private little "park". We really value the genuine care and concern displayed by the teachers. Jenna, Hailey, and the whole team work so well together and seem so close knit and connected to the kiddos. I think it really does feel like a second home to our little girl! We feel so lucky to have her at Milestone Lane. Bonus* we get sweet picture updates of her daycare activities almost daily.
As another reviewer stated, your children are truly cared for here, not just watched. Our daughter started at Milestone at 10 weeks old. As nervous first time parents, our minds were quickly put at ease once we saw how happy our girl was and the care and attention we saw her teachers give her. We receive daily photos and updates on how our girl’s day is going, not only from her teachers, but the Director and asst. director will stop in to the different classrooms and interact and care for the kiddos. Milestone has an in-home daycare feel to it. My husband and I have also noticed that the kiddos in the older classrooms seem well adjusted and happy. Milestone seems to do well with implementing age-appropriate schedules. Since we will soon transition to the next classroom up, our baby’s teachers have already been working on her new routine to help ease her into her new schedule. Lastly, another huge GREEN flag of Milestone is the retention and tenure of the staff. It’s not unusual for a child care setting to have high turnover. The retention rate of Milestone is a testament to the director, Jenna’s, management style and policies. In order to have teachers who provide a high-level of care to children, they need to avoid burnout. Milestone closes for holidays and day after holidays to provide staff with a much deserved break. TLDR; I HIGHLY recommend Milestone!!
