I was truly amazed by my experience at Driscoll Children’s Hospital Endocrine Clinic. The process was incredibly fast and efficient — our patient was seen by the doctor right away without long waiting times. Everyone we encountered was so kind and professional, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. The clinic is modern, well-organized, and equipped with high-end technology, which made us feel confident about the quality of care provided. We also visited the radiology and lab departments, and once again, the staff there were friendly, patient, and very helpful. Another great convenience is the spacious parking lot — there were plenty of parking spots, which made our visit stress-free from start to finish. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking excellent care for their children.

All the nurses, receptionists, and staff in general are very kind and always explain everything very well. I am very grateful to all the hospital staff. 🙏🏼

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love it here! Everyone is so caring, and the whole place is neat and clean. The staff are amazing, from the doctors and nurses to the housekeepers and cafeteria workers, they’re all so sweet and truly care. They make sure my baby gets the best care possible. The doctors always take time to introduce themselves, explain everything clearly, and check in often. Everything was done so quickly and smoothly. I’m so thankful and beyond happy that I came here for my sweet baby girl’s treatment. You can tell everyone here loves what they do, they treat us with kindness, patience, and respect. I really appreciate each and every one of them! ❤️

Driscoll children's hospital is absolutely incredible! I am from Nashville and Vanderbilt is where I would normally go which is a great hospital don't get me wrong but I'd be happy if we had this place in Nashville ! Great care and hospitality and the doc's and nurses here are great . You're family will be in good hands no doubt!

If there was a rating I could give that is below a zero, they would be getting it. My 4 month old grandson was brought in BY AMBULANCE ON 11/15/25 he had his routine immunizations on 11/14 and had been running 100° fever since. Medication was not keeping it down. He had a seizure in my arms at 2:15 on the 15th we called an ambulance he arrived at 3pm to the hospital. They triage him, AND SENT HIM TO THE WAITING AREA FOR 3 HOURS! HE WAS BROUGHT IN BY AMBULANCE! He was finally brought back to a room and was told a Dr would be in shortly. 4 HOURS goes by, NOT ONE SINLGE NURSE OR DR, OR STAFF MEMBER OF THIS HOSPITAL CAME TO CHECK ON HIM! My family works in the medical field. I understand how busy it can be. I understand how understaffed they can be. But this? This is unacceptable! A four month old aby brought in by ambulance that had a seizure never checked out by a Dr only triaged by the nurse when he came in. He was there for 7 hours and was never seen! You have got to do better. When we asked for a paper to sign to leave since obviously they didn't see him as an emergency and didn't feel he need to be seen the nurses were like oh yea here and just gave us the papers. THEY CAME IN TO UNHOOK THE MONITORS THAT THEY NEVER EVEN HOOKED UP. The nurse said oh I just need tonget his vitals before you take him. Really? Now you want to hook him up and check his vitals? Now you want to do something?
