It’s good buildings ,safe place to to live .. I am a ownership shareholder I’ve purchased my apartment in 1998 “still here at 27years.. I maintain and upkeep my OCD FABULOUS updated apartment in excellent standards. TRUTHFULLY it’s up people who live here to upkeep their Apartments maintained a clean in good STANDARD OF COMFORTABLE LIVING. maintenance workers do their job to Repair anything within the apartment if needed. We have security to protect us while live here. Easy access to M.T.A Bus Bx32 which stops in front of the building complex NTA train #2,4,5,D,B including metro north railroad Harlem line Melrose station.. No complaints…
I lived here from 1971 - 1996. It was beautiful. Now, it's a dump.
This place is a disaster, maintenance never completed their tickets. The two dispatchers Pat and Nora always give people attitude and are lazy when it comes to this building shareholders needs. This place has several violations that need to be reported to the state. Don't give this co-op your money they will not fulfill their promises and let you live in a healthy and safe environment. I wish I could give it a 0 stars.
The apartments are very nice, the grounds need some much needed work which is being corrected at this moment. I look forward to seeing the grounds appear as they once were and realize it will take time and a lot of patience before this happens. Looking forward to seeing that happen because I have always had a fondness for this community since the early 1970s.
