Colonial Hills Methodist Church Day Care

Wonderful daycare. My son attended for about 4 years and we never had any issues. I love that they stay on top of safety and that they take effective action to remedy issues like bullying. My son only stopped going is because he aged out (in his eyes :)

We absolutely love Colonial Hills Child Development Center! Both of my children, ages 3 and 6, have been attending for years, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The director (Mrs. Karla) is truly phenomenal—her leadership and dedication are evident in every aspect of the daycare. She has built an incredible team of teachers and staff who are caring, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make sure the kids feel safe, happy, and engaged. One thing that really sets Colonial Hills CDC apart is their stability. There’s minimal turnover among the staff, which speaks volumes about how much they care for their team and the families they serve. My kids have formed strong bonds with their teachers and look forward to going every day. The activities and curriculum are well thought out, age-appropriate, and help the children learn and grow while having fun. Whether it’s story time, crafts, or outdoor play, my kids come home smiling and full of stories about their day. If you’re looking for child care services with exceptional leadership, a warm and loving environment, and a staff that genuinely cares, Colonial Hills CDC is the place to be. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for my children!

My two youngest daughters have been attending CHUMCDC for over 5 years and it is one of the best decisions I have made. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, and will always take the time to answer any questions or even take suggestions. Mrs. Karla, the director is awesome, she is never to busy to get to know you and the kids and knows every family by name. Most of the staff is seasoned and has been there as longer than my kids have been attending; to me that speaks volumes! I enjoy all the family and community functions they have. But most of all, I appreciate how much my kids love it there.

Best daycare so patient and was able to help my daughter get on a great schedule. We struggled with her acting out at other schools.she settled into colonial hills so fast and is beyond happy. I always walk into kids happy and playing so well together. My daughter’s teacher is so sweet and always full of energy. Class rooms are always clean at drop off and pick up She loves her school.

I toured many daycares in San Antonio making sure I chose the perfect one for my son who was 3 months at the time. Out of all the tours my son seemed the most comfortable with the people at this daycare. Out of the 6 months we have been here I’m so happy I chose colonial hills to watch over my son while I’m working. The director is amazing and super kind. And my son’s teachers are very attentive and the sweetest women ever. They love on my baby like their own and my baby loves coming and playing with all his friends.
