I’m very pleased with Ms. Sylvia and the ladies at Childtime. They are extended family to us! They took the time to get to know my girls and care for them with patience and respect. We’ve been going for about 4 years and have no plans on leaving! 😊💖🎉

I’ve had a great experience with Childtime Learning Center, and I especially want to highlight Mr. Vincent, who is the teacher for the school age children. He is truly an exceptional educator. He takes the time to get to know each of his students as individuals, which really makes a difference in how comfortable and confident the kids feel.Mr. Vincent actively participates with the children instead of just supervising them, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys teaching and engaging with his class. He is very organized and always seems to have his classroom in order. Even with school-age kids, he maintains great structure while still keeping the environment fun, supportive, and positive.Overall, Childtime Learning Center is a wonderful place for children to grow both academically and socially. The staff is caring, the environment is welcoming, and the focus on learning and development really shows. Having dedicated teachers like Mr. Vincent makes this center stand out, and I would highly recommend Childtime Learning Center to any parent.

As a parent, I’m absolutely heartbroken and beyond disappointed at the chaos that took place during what was supposed to be a milestone celebration for our children. The Pre-K graduation was completely unorganized, clearly overcrowded (likely over capacity by city ordinance), and lacked even the most basic level of planning or safety. There weren’t enough seats for families, it was standing room only, and tensions were understandably high. A physical fight broke out. GUNS were drawn. Let that sink in: at a Pre-K graduation(pictures attached of the aftermath- mind you this was the children’s seating, there was a stampede!). Half of the children—including mine—didn’t even get to walk across the stage or receive their certificate. The staff didn’t care to reprint or redistribute them. There was no follow-up, no concern, not even an apology. To make matters worse, the director, Ms. Sylvia, handled the situation with complete unprofessionalism. Instead of ensuring the safety of families and children when there was a shooter threat, she yelled at people to “get out of her building” as if we were inconveniencing her. The entire event could have been avoided had she simply booked the church across the street or used the elementary school auditorium down the road—both safer and more appropriate venues. Yet somehow, the only follow-up communication we’ve received has been demands for summer camp payments and final tuition fees—no acknowledgment of the traumatic situation, no apology, no accountability. Our children deserved better. The parents deserved better. We entrusted this school with our kids and their big moment, and they treated it like an afterthought. Think twice before enrolling your child here.

My kids have both been attending since 6 months & the care is unimaginable! I enjoy walking in there being greeted by the entire staff. They’re so warm and welcoming. I love their little app that updates you throughout the day as well! The fact that I can have access to Live video to see my children at any time is mind relaxing… I love Ms. Mae and so does my daughter, when I need a little assistance she always helps walk out with me and the kids & whenever Ms Sylvia is in the front she always offer to help as well. They take care of the entire family not just our babies, we are FAMILY!

Super Great customer service was displayed by Director Lawrence, Assistant Director Johnson and Ms.Jerrell!!! I have visited over 50 centers in and out of the metro and by far the patience displayed at this location was impeccable!!! Clean, Clean!!! Clean!!!! And very organized.10 stars in my book.
