Children'S Castle Of Kissimmee

This daycare has always made me and my family feel like an extension of their family. Truly a place that cares and teaches their kids. We have literally had three generations of kids that have gone through this daycare and from the oldest to the baby we currently have in there, they still talk about Ms Tina, Ms Maria, Mrs Carol and Mrs Sue and how they want to go by and visit.

This place is TERRIBLE. My infant and 3 year old were enrolled there for 1.5 days in this short time I witnessed a infant swaddled all the way up to his nose in order to hold the child’s pacifier in his mouth, they neglected to feed my 3 year old breakfast, when arriving to pick my 3 yo up no one knew where she was located and they had me check two different rooms before finally finding here in the third room I checked which was the four year old class. They had huge crib bumpers in all cribs posing suffocation risk. On the first day they were instructed on my infants feeding schedule and did not listen and fed him the whole amount of milk that I specifically told them not too, 45 minutes after I fed him before leaving causing him to throw it all back up immediately. The director YELLED at me the second day and told me I was NOT allowed to feed my son on her lobby and I was very rude for doing so where children could see and that I needed to find a room alone to be in before others seen me and I offended them. I only chose the place because it was the only one I could find with immediate openings for both of my children but I immediately withdrew them on the second day because it is absolutely not a safe or nurturing environment for little ones.

My three children all went to this daycare from the time they were infants until time for kindergarten. They were well prepared and ahead of most students in their class and we were grateful for the structured environment that was part of their daily routine at Children's Castle. Thank you for all you do! ❤

This place doesn’t even deserve one star it deserves none. It might have been a good school a long time ago but it definitely isn’t now. Dcf is constantly being called and police were there the other day due to suspension of abuse. Some teachers are favored because they are “family” even if they are unprofessional and mean to the children. And the one teacher that is amazing I barely see anymore. Other teachers there seem like they don’t care about the children and are just there for a check. There play yard looks like it’s in desperate need for a makeover everything is rusty and old. And it looks hazardous. Please be careful where you bring your children I do not recommend this facility.

My kids and I Love this daycare and everyone there they have being in this daycare for more than 5 years, Mrs Carrol ,Mrs Sue , Mrs Eugenia And Mrs Maria are great, professional , polite and caring, they love the kids like if they were theirs my childrens love and respect them. Mrs.Jenna and Mrs.Jessica are the Best you can see how much they love the kids. My childrens have learn so much there my 3 year old daughter knows a lot im surprise how much she knows. I have never regret bringing my childrens(4) here. I highly recomment this place... 💕💕💕
