These people on the 4th floor are the worst I tell you do not place your trust on these employees my caseworkers Felix and Kenyarda are the most unprofessional workers available they do absolutely nothing, so does.the supervisor Janelle Thomas and her director Carol lamhut they are never available for meeting they do not provide the necessary support for biological parents such as a parent advocate, or housing referral they only provide support to the foster parents here and not to the real parents trying to get there children out of foster care. It's constant run arounds and they are a waste of time. They don't do anything at all I have my case open since 2018 and they haven't done absolutely nothing. Hopefully things change now that everything is beginning to reopen

My friend came in here to get tested to see if she was pregnant, instead of being professional. They paid no mind to her symptoms and instead of doing blood work they just talked to her about birth control. Everyone know that pregnancy test gives false negative test, and the next step is blood work. Do better , pay attention to when your patient tell them what is wrong and the symptoms they experienced instead of writing them off. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional

The nurse supervisor lied on me saying she seen me punch my son to the ground n they called acs on me n when i asked her about it she lied n they now they dont want me going back to the clinic because they are scared cause i spoke my mind as a young black mother of two children. Idc but i beat that case they brung my son in a room n asked him n he said mommy slapped him on the arm i didnt punch him n the face n he threw bundled on the floor n mommy told me to get up mind this happen in august of 2016 but as far as they services its great never had to wait long

Alejandra Montano and Avianca Ramos is my case planner at Children's Aid Society who does not do her job well at all she forgets medical appointments for our children they schedule but never show up with my son, they lie in court so that they can add more programs to our services for absolutely no reason we have been compliant with our service plan and have a completed it and they report that we have not been compliant and they are not allowing me and my husband to plan together I just want them to return our children back.my 4 Children have suffered enough trauma since they have been removed on May 31, 2016 They are small children ages 5 months 2, 4,&6 I miss my children very muchmand want them back they do not care.

They gave me birth control and I call to find out when it ends and she saying the last time I was there was in 2017 and I was there last year horrible and if this birth control is misplaced or anything I am Sueing because how it say I didn’t receive any
