Child-Port Day Care Center

I can’t say enough good things about this day care center i currently have two kids that go here ages 1&3 and they’ve been there almost a year and they love there teachers!! The teachers are great they are very nurturing and patient simply put they take their time with each individual child, their attentive to my concerns The owner made the sign-up process of breeze and she’s very organized and stays on top of renewals(Child physicals, Care for kids paperwork, Allergies)ect.. she’s available as in she literally makes herself available no matter the time or day I’ve texted at night. I’ve texted midday. I’ve texted at 5 o’clock in the morning I’ve called on a Sunday She has always responded which in it self is a peace of mind and they offer a free app that gives take by take updates on your child’s day ( pictures bathroom breaks dipper changes and or activities) you can also speak to your child’s teacher directly The daycare it self is always clean they’ve truly created a safe space for my children and I would give them 10 stars if I could 🫶

My children went here and it was going well. However, I dropped my kids off late and I was left standing outside for over 10 mins and nobody would answer the door. I was highly upset and started to curse and I guess they heard it on their camera outside . But my question is what parent wouldn’t be frustrated if they are trying to drop their kid off and I’m left waiting at the door for 10 mins. Mind you I had a test scheduled to take my RMA. They did not care they wouldn’t allow my kids to come in. The owner told me I was disrespectful because I was cursing .. they are extremely strict and I think their late fee is like 30 dollars every minute or something . But most of the teachers were great here that I know of . Some of them not so great and have bad attitudes and it shows . My kids have autism so I have to be aware of the type of energy I have around them . Everybody experience is different but me personally you’re not going to talk to me like I’m your kid when I have two of my own .

I met Kamara over 20 something years ago. Her middle daughter attended private school with my niece. It was then that Kamara was a Nanny and knew very quickly that taking care of kids is her passion. She then opened up a home daycare center that is still in operation and thriving tremendously. She finally took a leap of faith and opened up a daycare center that has some amazing staff working with the children. And now, she has opened her second location, hiring and training some of the best to work with the children that enter into her establishment. She is not only the owner and operator of all of these amazing sites. But she is also a navigator for parents needing help with filling out forms needed for payment. Overall, this is one of the best daycare providers in Bridgeport. The staff is highly professional, attentive, and creates a welcoming environment for both children and parents. They go above and beyond to ensure a safe and nurturing space for kids to learn and grow.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and designed with children’s safety as the top priority. I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care, professionalism, and dedication the staff provides.
