My daughter has been going here for about a year and a half and we absolutely love this place. I have 5 kids and have never had to trust a daycare in the past until recently when we moved to Corpus years ago. I was very picky when choosing somewhere to take her. When I walked into Child Logic I loved the environment and the energy Mrs. Salas gave. She was very attentive and caring and eased all of my worries. It took my daughter about 3 weeks to adjust to the change as she is a mamas girl and was not used to daycare or anyone else besides mom for that matter. My child is EXTREMELY needy, very spoiled, and very intelligent so knows exactly what she wants and who she wants. She has favorite teachers (Ms. Gloria & Ms. Rhoda) and even threw a fit when switching classrooms. Through all of this the daycare was very accommodating and still somehow was able to win the heart of my needy baby. She dislikes morning drop offs (at no fault of the daycare) but asks for teachers and friends at the daycare when she isn't there. She leaves bragging about her day and what she ate and activities she participated in. These teachers pay attention to her. They know her quirks, what makes her happy and sad, when her demeanor is off for some reason, they even know when she's about to come down with a sickness from early symptoms. We LOVE this place and I don't care what the other reviews say if they are bad ones.... this place does not get enough credit by far. Child Logic has been nothing short of a blessing to us. <3

My kids had been going to this daycare for about 5 years didn’t take them out due to the convenience. However, I had a lot of issues at this daycare! My kids were definitely taken care of such as feeding and cleaning with routinesnd activities. But the attitude these chicks have that work here! Omg! Any little issue I had , I brought it up and my sons would come home crying and saying they would treat them bad. So there I go, comforting them yet again and telling them how my kids come home & they would deny it. I was so close to changing daycares, yet this is where my kids had been going, they had friends & it was just convenient. The lady married to the owner she is very rude !! I alway catch her yelling at the kids I even see parents comfort her for it. Then she had started being nice I’m assuming it was audit time. Then you have Mrs.Rhoda I enjoyed her a lot, she was here day and night! But, she is the assistant that will take any employees say so over a kids. Especially her own sister oh man I forgot her name already anyway! Her! Kids don’t lie, well not when they are being bullied or picked on. So my kids would come home and tell me she would pick on the kids & I had heard a lot of other parents have problems with her. Yet the daycare will not do anything about it bc that’s the assistants sister & they are always short handed so they will just keep her. Renee! I remember her name im only doing this complaint bc of little sassy Rene! I remember Ms.Rhoda had asked me to leave a review to help them get kids bc all they have are bad reviews. I didn't know what to say, I didn't wanna speak up and then they started to treat my kids differently. But I have heard some things since my oldest has aged out & I took my youngest out. So I'm here to say the truth bc when you do speak the truth, someone will get offended and can't handle the truth. So Ma’am, how old are you? Bc I heard you told some kids “I'm glad those kids aren't here anymore” when they asked you about my kids. So tell me your talking about my kids?! Bc I seen another mom call you out before and you didn't have shit to say, got scared and told her to wait for Ms.Salas. Thanks for taking care of my kids, but do it out yalls heart and not for the money. Do it with kindness & don't be so miserable! If you can't handle taking care of kids, maybe this career ain't for you. Ms.Lucy, god bless you! You rock and deserve the best! Amber, you are greatly missed by A lot of kiddos! & Ms.Cindy!! Oh my, congratulations on becoming a nurse, the kids miss you! Hope the daycare can find good hearted people again like them to help this daycare out.

With the help of my mother, I've been able to keep my 21 month old daughter at home since birth but in May we decided it was time for us to look for a daycare. To my surprise all daycares close to my home were full. This was a blessing in disguise because then I would have never looked this far away from our home for her to start her new experience and it's been an amazing one. This little one is so precious to us so trusting her with just anyone wasn't an option. Our tour of the daycare with Mrs. Salas eased a bunch of concerns we had. Even though we were told no one was allowed in the daycare after that initial visit and understood why it didn't prepare us for that first day. We cried like babies thinking we'd be able to at least walk her to her room but we understood the reasoning of security behind it. Knowing there's not a lot of traffic going through there daily puts me at ease. I call A LOT and always get a detailed update. We were going to transfer to another daycare closer to our home but honestly I think we've found the perfect place for our princess. Her smile says it all! Thank you Child Logic!!!

There are a lot of complaints that I've seen about their security but they're security isn't bad. It's a chain link fence with barbwire at the top. The gate opening is simple but not everyone can easily figure it out. My mother for example couldn't figure it out the first time she came to drop off my kids for me. They DO have security cameras and the monitors can be seen in the office. The staff can be blunt and come off rude but they're not really rude they're just no nonsense and straightforward. The teachers and staff take interest in the kids and gets to know them and they're unique personalities. They can tell when something is off with a child early because they can see when the child starts acting different. They work with you and your kids to a reasonable amount. Remodeling the whole daycare is not a reasonable amount of working with a parent. They make all the food there. They (strictly) follow the child nutrition guidelines in snacks and drinks. Also my littlest one never comes home with rashes and wet diapers like my eldest did when she was in daycare. I've never heard of this daycare leaving kids in buses or vans because they forgot about them, like other daycares in this city. I highly recommend this daycare.

No longer think they are kind or compassionate. They violate their own policies, causing the entire facility to be exposed to covid, and then want to argue what information they did or did not provide you with. Also will retaliate against you when you become "a problem parent" because you express dissatisfaction with the fact they expect you to drop everything at work and pick up your kid in 30 minutes or less because of their mistake. As well my daughter was there for two years. Not one time did the owner/director reach out since I stopped taking my child there. You get what you pay for and this place is the cheapest for a reason.
