LO has been going to caring hands since 5 months old. We are moving away from the area so LO could not longer attend caring hands. Our experience with caring hands has been good. LO (who is now a toddler) would 90% of time smile and be excited to go to day care in the morning. Because I work full time, LO has to be drop off before 7.30am and some times LO is the last baby to be picked up, but I feel assured that LO is being treated well as LO continue to return to day care in the morning with a big smile. LO also loves the Caring hand's lunches, which is a big bonus as all the toddler picky eating at home seems to melt away during day care hours. Staff has been friendly and supportive. Our family will miss caring hands.

Worst daycare I’ve sent my son to. My son would come home hungry. They discriminated against my son most of the time he was attending this daycare. They were sure to point out all of his behaviors to me, but when my son would come home with scratches or bite marks, it was brushed off. They were sure to keep an eye on my son 24/7. Every week there was a complaint on my son. To the point where they tried to have my son attend from 8am-11am. I’m a single mother, such an inconvenience!!! They crossed boundaries with my son because there are new young teachers. No teacher should be kissing my son and crossing that boundary, then make it an issue when they are the ADULT and my son is a TODDLER who doesn’t know about teacher and student boundaries. The front desk receptionist changed after a year into COVID, and when she would speak to me it was extremely belittling. I’m sure it is because I’m a young mom, cause she would never talk to my son’s grandmother like that nor to any other parents from what I’ve seen. The emotional distress and discrimination against a 3-4 year old is insane! They don’t know how to take care of children with NORMAL child behavior, but are sure to take your money for the weekly payments. I’ve tried multiple times to take my son out of this daycare and THEY would tell me “No, keep him. Let’s try something new. Another school would be detrimental for him because of a sudden change” They made me believe that yet they did NOTHING for him to feel comfortable and continue with their complaints about him. My son went to a new daycare and he came home happy and full every day! They are doing nothing to help your children besides make you doubt your child and create a bad reputation for him. They will also be sure to have someone evaluate your child without your knowledge that your child is the only one in the class being evaluated. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone in Union City

The worst daycare my daughter has ever attended. For the majority of the time my kid attended this daycare, they treated her very poorly. They made sure to call out all of her actions to me, but whenever my daughter returned home with bite or scratch marks, it was dismissed and she was inexplicably held responsible. They would tell me “she did that to herself, we never saw another kid do anything.” They additionally urged me to get my kid evaluated for her behavior even though there was nothing wrong with her just proves to me that they don’t know how to take care of kids correctly yet they were always so quick to take your weekly payments and would have no remorse for you if you were a day late. When my daughter would scream and refuse to let me go every time I dropped her off, I should have known something was wrong because my daughter was always a happy and friendly baby. It got to the point where they would call and make me leave work to pick my daughter up early because they didn’t know what to do with her because she was “acting out”. Shortly after I took her out, my daughter started attending a new daycare and ever since then, there have been no problems. My daughter loves attending school now. I would NEVER suggest this daycare to anyone, I should have reported the things they did and said to me to the city or even to the state. PROTECT YOUR KIDS AT ALL COST!

My son who at the time was only 15 months attended here . That was back in 2013. They were very nice . Especially Marcela always ready to be attentive and cautious with the kids . My son had fun . He did misbehave ones or twice and it was written down and documents were sign notifying that I was told . Very smart and great staff . I have nothing much to say . Now my son is 5 now I'm a mom of a 14 month old again. if I had the chance to take my 14month old I would !!

I can honestly say this is the best daycare center ever! I had my 3 grandkids from 6weeks old Their . And it broke my heart when we moved out of state. Everyone in the center starting from Alex in the front to all the ladies , teachers even the after school girls were all amazing. They treated all the kids with so much love. moving to NC I will never have a center like Caring Hands! The name says it all!!! We miss and love of of you. Jaysalinn, Gianna and Madison
