I highly recommend going in person. The registration process is so much faster in person. I was a little upset that the majority of classes arent available until 2026 but if you saw the amount of people who go to just register you would understand. Shawn was very helpful in explaining what documents that I needed to bring back on the next registration day. He passed me off to another coworker Jumaris and she was a such a sweetheart. I’ll be back on the next registration day!

This school has amazing teachers but I can’t say the same about the stuff . They know how to drag their tails until the very last minute and then let you know they can’t do absolutely anything to help because of their own stupidity. Mr. D’amore takes days to get back to any and all students . They hired Ms Rivera to supposedly help with the bridging the gap between the teachers and students and somehow when she contacted me after the semester had started and I was already enrolled she told me I was being discharged but had no information about why or what I could do to save my spot . I was then sent on a wild goose chase to contact Mr Elder who answered none of my questions but asked me for my cell phone number and never reached out to speak on my discharge . When Mr D’ Amore had the time to respond to me he explained the error was on their part and suggested some other schools I should enroll with . Mind you he suggested in person classes after kicking me out of a remote classroom, knowing I’m a single mother and domestic violence survivor, who does her class from home . I would not recommend this school to anyone. This was my second try and this is the second time I was discharged at know fault of my own. Thanks for nothing ! Hope this helps the next person who really wants their GED , GO ELSEWHERE ! (Btw I was in the building for orientation 5 days prior to the discharge with all of the staff I mentioned and shook hands with , not one of them mentioned anything being wrong with my enrollment) ✌🏽

Is anybody available? It has been a month I’m trying to reach the admissions office no one is answering my calls. All of their contact is non reachable. I want to do training please help.

Jamaris Is HORRIBLE ! She will make sure to sit around until you can’t enroll and then email you pretend she has tried to call! Nobody’s phones work! Nobody responds to emails ! Went in on enrollment day and they couldn’t enroll that day but took all my paperwork and 3 weeks later I hear from them and the class is full! You get what you pay for which is NOTHING I guess ! Not like when it was on bathgate and I took classes ! Walked in and enrolled same day ! Good thing is my employer is going to pay for my class with another program ! I just figured this one was sooner but she’s got me pushed into a class 6 months out so I’ll be going elsewhere !

I attended a class here before and it was great until I decided to come back again they have not been reaching out to people about the current delay that is still happening, no one picks up the phone in fact the phone is out of service. They're not answering emails either.
