The staff do not have patience with children. They will call you as soon as your child starts crying. My daughter had been enrolled in that center for 1 month only. The first day it was hard for her. I then noticed that every time there was a certain teacher in the room my baby felt uncomfortable. There was one assistant that was very nice and respectful and that was the only one I trusted with my daughter. The other teacher would always call me within the hour of my daughter getting dropped off, to go and pick her up because she is crying. They do not want to deal with children and they do not know how to manage certain situations. I took out my daughter from the daycare because she was spending more time at home than at the daycare and I was working from home. It was hard but I prefer for daughter to feel more comfortable. In the month, that my daughter was enrolled, she had only went around 1 week only. One of the teachers called me one day and had asked me to pick up Emma after 1 hour I had dropped her off because she was crying. I told her that I was going to be able to pick her up at 12pm because I was working. She said ok and hung up. About 1 minute later, she calls me again and tells me that my daughter has fever and I went to pick her up. Once I got home, I took my daughter’s temperature and it was 98.6 at the time, meaning that the teacher had lied because she didn’t want to deal with a crying baby. After that, I never took my daughter back and I will be looking for a new daycare that will actually help me with my daughter.
I don’t recommend this daycare at all. I enrolled my daughter at another daycare and she is doing wonderful. My daughter felt very uncomfortable in this daycare and most employees look like their are miserable.
I’ve had 2 children attend this school and it’s the best. My kids love coming to school. The teachers are great and they communicate very well. Thank you all for going over and beyond.
The most unprofessional Daycare I have ever seen.. Also, after My 3 and a half year old accused his teacher MS. MAVIS of scratching him (He doesn't lie btw) These people not only still have the teacher working there but they also refuse to show me the video footage of the recording cameras in the classroom.. Waiting to hear from my Attorney now.
best daycare ever really impressed I love the team work and the education. my daughter goes there.out of all the day care this is the best one wouldn't trade it for no one teachers really responsible
