Bright Horizons At Commerce Metro Center

My husband and I love Bright Horizons at Commerce Metro Center. All of the staff are wonderful and so caring! Our daughter loves her teachers and always wants a hug from them as soon as she gets there. It makes us feel so great that she is so happy to be there and we know that she is well taken care of. As first time parents, everyone was so helpful too with our transition to daycare and all of the updates and pictures from the day help us to feel in touch with what is happening in her day. And you also can't beat the location right next to the metro and toll road!

When my family moved to the area last year, my daughter and I visited almost every preschool in the area. After touring Bright Horizon's brand new facility, seeing all of the state of the art learning tools and meeting the wonderful center director, Jyotsna, there was no need to continue our search. The school was exactly what we were looking for. Our daughter has been at the school for a year now and she's absolutely in love. She has such a great time at school that it's hard to get her to leave every evening. The K-Prep curriculum includes technology and is preparing our daughter very well for kindergarten. The classroom is kept immaculate and is rearranged regularly, which seems mentally stimulating for the children. The quality of food served to the children is better than I've seen at any of the other daycare/preschools. The large variety of food served has certainly had a positive impact on my daughter. She is so much more open-minded about trying new foods now. It's wonderful. Lastly, the staff is just amazing. Every teacher and staff member is personable with the parents and loved by all of the children. We are so happy with the overall experience at Bright Horizons and would absolutely recommend it to any parent looking for outstanding infant care through kindergarten preparation for their child.

I enrolled my 3 year old and 6 month old and truly believe it was the best decision I had made for my children’s development! I loved the teachers! They are well trained and care for each one individually based on his/her needs. The directors are very involved and easily accessible. The communication with the parents is superior to any school we have had our children enrolled. We left the school only because we moved and I cried (seriously)for days knowing that we were leaving. They made us feel like family and to this day, no other daycare compares to the quality of Bright Horizons at Metro Center! Run don’t walk to enroll your children.. you won’t be disappointed!!

Great center! Our older daughter has been coming here for two years. The teachers are really kind, patient and experienced. The kid is clean, happy and has learned so much in terms of vocabulary, manners and songs. There is no better manager than Cheryl anyone can ask for. She is knowledgeable of everything baby/toddler/kid-related and full of creative ideas on how to navigate our daughter’s “terrible two”. Now our younger one is scheduled to join soon, too.

My son has been going to Bright Horizons for almost 10 months now. I had a rough start as a new mom, but the teachers and staff helped put my heart at ease. We originally had our son at an at-home daycare but had a negative experience. We pulled him out and had to scramble to find childcare. Bright Horizons worked with us to get our son in the very next day part-time and then switched over to full time after two weeks. The infant teachers worked with me to make sure my son was getting the best individualized care possible. I really appreciate and value their expertise - his teacher, Ms. Miriam, has been teaching since 2002! She does a great job of accommodating any and all requests we may have. We are able to enter notes daily into the MyBrightDay app requesting bottles and naps be given at specific times, vaseline applied to his eczema-prone areas, or even extra attention if he's having a bad day. Likewise, we get real-time updates of how his day is going including pictures and video! I feel like it's the perfect amount of information I want, not too little and not too much. Most importantly, it makes me so happy to know that my son loves coming to school. He gets so excited when we come through the door, and most days, he doesn't want to leave! I'm so glad we chose Bright Horizons. The cost is higher than an at-home daycare, but the peace of mind is 100% worth it.
