Wonderful family owned business, Ms. Reagan is great! She took care of our girls and all kids as her own. It feels so intimate and warm. All teachers are so nice and kind, best preschool in Charlottesville area! Highly recommended.
Our daughter has attended Bright Eyes since she was 4 months old and LOVES it! Her main teachers she's had (Courtney, Claudia, and Shauna) are incredible and truly care about her and all the other kiddos. I've always had such positive experiences with Jen and the director, Reagan. They are also doing a great job keeping things safe and healthy during Covid. It's the best feeling knowing that when I drop off my daughter that not only will she be safe, but that she'll have so much fun with the other kids and her teachers. I highly recommend Bright Eyes!
Our son has been at Bright Eyes through the waddler and toddler classrooms, and we have nothing but amazing things to say. Reagan and Jen are well-organized and communicative, they interact in classrooms with the kids and teachers daily, and are very aware and focused on each kid’s happiness and development. All of the teachers in our son’s classrooms have been fantastic, and their levels of engagement, patience, and compassion for the kids in their classes are always evident. We love the combination of free/unstructured play, story-time, music, early learnings of colors/numbers/seasons/ etc, and social interaction with other children that our son gets on a daily basis. Reagan has also been fantastic at keeping the center safe, clean, open, and welcoming throughout the pandemic. Our son is so excited every morning to go to school and see his friends and teachers, and we feel super lucky to have found such a fantastic place!
Our son has attended Bright Eyes since he was 4 months old—since that time, we’ve seen him advance from the infant to the waddler to the toddler program, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience there. Reagan cares deeply for the students and for her staff, and this is apparent in every way, from her management style to the way she interacts with the kids—it’s common to see her down on the floor, reading to a child snuggled on her lap. On the few occasions I have expressed a concern, her response has been above and beyond what I could have asked for; she is highly observant of all the kids and tuned in to their development. Each teacher I have met there is warm and welcoming. My work schedule can be irregular, so sometimes I pick up and drop off my son at odd times, and every time I go, he is engaged and interacting happily with his teachers and peers. He is so excited to arrive each morning, ring the doorbell, see his friends and teachers, and get into his routines. I feel confident that he is in great hands!
Please update this Google listing as Bright Eyes does not appear to be in business any longer. Reviews on Google seem to support that as the last one was 4 yrs ago. We've tried to contact this business using all methods and stopped by. Cars were in the parking lot but nobody was there so maybe they are renting it to another company? Thanks!
