My child has grown so much with this development center! Her teacher Ms Dee Dee was an advent reason behind that as well. My baby started off in infants room and transitioned to toddlers. They offered parent teacher conferences to make sure the parents and teachers work together to better the child’s needs! Used Procare and sent SOOO many updates throughout the day (which I loved so much!), caught her walking on video and taking pictures throughout the day. Which was very comforting. Ms Nancy was so welcoming during the registration process and was an advocate for our family and the baby to make sure we got any resources needed. Ms Lana, Ms Aliza, Ms Nancy, and Ms Dee Dee cared and rooted for my baby like she was theirs. like she The whole staff was very nice to us and my baby. I would 10/10 definitely recommend this fine establishment. No concerns at all!
I have been a customer for 7 years and words can't explain the great care and learning experience my boys have received and continues to receive from the owners and staff. It's not only a place that gives good care, but they also prepare the children with a wonderful learning and child development experience, which prepared my boys when transitioning to preschool. Staff is very pleasant, helpful and works well with the children. The owners are easy going, understanding, easy to talk to and makes you feel like family. I highly recommend both of their centers to all family, friends and whoever else looking for a good child care and development center.
Bottles and Backpacks has been a wonderful provider for my children. I have dealt with this company for 2 years and it's been grand! I have a 4 year old and 11 month old that attends and they do well with them. Staff is polite, and they do learning activities with the children along with staying in touch with the community. Though it helped me more when the daycare was 24/7 and 7 days a week, the place is that amazing to still be a loyal family even with changes that have taken place with the hours of operation.
Bottles-N-Backpacks is the only daycare that I will ever take my children to in Ypsilanti. The staff are friendly and they communicate with the patents very well. They have parent teacher conferences regularly and they post monthly newsletters to keep you informed of what's going on with field trips, closing dates and your child's academic progress. As long as you communicate with them and follow through with what you tell them they are pretty understandable and flexible when you need them. Everyone at B-N-B treats my children as if they are family which makes me and them feel comfortable and they love it there.
My son now 8 started out at Bottles and Backpacks when he was 2 years old and I believe it was pivotal in his development and readiness for school. The staff was attentive, helpful and pleasant. They started teaching him skills that would later be very helpful for school. The employees always made me and my son feel like family, they where understanding and helpful in times of need. I would highly recommend this Daycare.
