Today, I had the worst experience I've had in a long time as far as customer service goes. Due to a new job pending on the start date, I'm in desperate search for a good Daycare near me, and saw that this one is just two block away. I called at 1:27 pm to inquire about enrolling my 10 month old son, but received a hostile attitude on the other end when I said just that. The woman replied, and I quote: "I'm going to need a name, a phone number, and an email, because I'll have to get back to you at a better time." It was in a bit of an abrasive tone, but I simply answered "sure, do you need my name or my child's name?" This is when this individual decided to restate the entire line she had just given me, pretty much treating me like I was an idiot for asking a question. She then mumbled something about "it's been a busy day so I can't answer more questions right now; I'm painting". I immediately told her to save the trouble of contacting me back, and hung up. How unprofessional can this woman be to completely dismiss a potential new customer? If this is how irritated she sounds while painting, I can't imagine her working with my child. Shame on her.
My child attended this center for bout 6 months, I loved it! No complaints ever! Loved the teachers that my child. Would definitely recommend
