My daughter was well taken care of here from 1-3. They worked with us best they could with what they have and they communicated well with us. If we had questions they would find answers. They use the bright wheel app so you can see the care they received throughout the day, I enjoyed receiving the pictures throughout the day, let's face it having a kid in daycare is hard and being able to receive pictures throughout the day is such a relief. Thank you all for your care of our daughter! My daughter has been going here since she was 1yrs old and she enjoys it, the teachers have been great and really give the kids the attention they need while we are working. they have been so understanding with our special needs baby boy in working with us to make sure he is taken care of. Honestly... If 0 stars was allowed, that's what I would rate this facility. Our son has a severe food allergy, and in the 5 short months he was enrolled, I cannot possibly count how many times they allowed him to have said foods. Even with a doctor's note clearly stating his severe allergy, and speaking with management on multiple occasions about the importance of his food being separated. They also cycle through teachers like they are water with very little communication. Do not trust this facility with your babies.
My child has been going to BWC since he was 9 months old, he's now almost 2. It was a harder transition for me at first because it's my first & only child & he's an IVF baby so he's very precious to me & my husband. I can't say enough good things about how the staff was patient with me during the transition & how much they care for & love my son. They communicate well, the daycare is safe with cameras in each room & constant updates through the Bright Wheel app. They do fun things with the babies & the toddlers and one of the best things is they cook my son warm & nutritious food so he's actually a very good & not picky eater. Cut off times for drop off are reasonable as long as you communicate with them before the day of an appointment. Holidays are communicated well before they happen so you can plan accordingly. My son comes home happy & is doing well, I know our family will be sad when it's time for him to go on to kindergarten.
To show my gratitude to the staff I want to spread the word about the amazing care my son gets from this facility they are kind and understanding I feel heard and understood anytime I have a opinion. It's always hard to leave your child but with this daycare and especially it's staff I feel comfortable and blessed we found them. ❤️ Higly recommend for the new timers !
