What Parents Say
Central Texas Children's Center in Temple receives consistently high praise from parents who value the caring, attentive staff and accessible director. Parents report their children thrive emotionally and developmentally, with particular appreciation for transparent communication, reasonable pricing, and individualized attention to each child's needs.
I’ve been bringing my child here for 1.5 years, and I can’t say enough good things about this daycare. I feel confident that my child is genuinely cared for, as if they were part of the staff’s own family. The updates and photos they send show a bright, positive day-to-day experience, including any fun activities my child enjoyed. I truly appreciate how the staff go the extra mile to ensure my child is safely off the bus for pickup when I’m not there. This place feels like a second home for my child, and that peace of mind means the world to me.
Having your child placed in a classroom with a ratio of 15 kids (3 of which with autism) to one single teacher is not only against state regulations but somehow acceptable for central Texas children’s center. Teachers openly admit to losing your children and scream at them continuously. Even the director will lie to save their reputation. If I could give zero stars I would, do not recommend for the safety of your children.
Baby cousin was bit not just once but multiple times and it caused big bruises . Something needs to be done about this , please do not allow kids who keep causing other kids injuries to stay there. I understand he’s autistic but it’s not fair to everyone that their kids are coming home with bruises , and just because it’s the directors kid. Her husband was also saying disrespectful stuff about my baby cousin ,this is unacceptable.
We have had two children go through Central Texas Children’s Center. The tuition has always been more than reasonable. The children get two warm meals a day and snack times. We love having childcare that is reliable and transparent. The director and staff communicate daily with parents. They worked with us as a team when our youngest was pushing boundaries, assuring us that they could handle it, and we would work through it together. They helped immensely with potty training and getting rid of a pacifier! I recommend CTCC to all families.
We love CTCC. We’ve had our children enrolled here since our oldest was about 3 years old in 2020, and our two youngest since they were 3 months old. The staff love the kids like their own. They have cameras throughout the building so if a parent ever has a concern, they can pull up the film and the parents are allowed to watch it for themselves. Just as with any other business, people leave, but the current Director has worked really hard to vet people during the interviewing and hiring process to minimize turnover. The Center works hard to accommodate all children who are enrolled there, and I appreciate how the Director isn’t an unreachable person. She is there everyday and is someone I can personally touch base with if I ever have a question or concern. I feel my children are safe in the Center’s care and that’s priceless to me.
