If you love your children. DO NOT PUT THEM IN THESE PEOPLES CARE!! My child attended this school. She had her hair pulled while the assistant teacher snatched her hoodie off her head & yelled at her aggressively. My question was; why will she treat 3 year olds like this? The schools director didn’t want to get rid of their employee because me seeing it with my own 2 eyes wasn’t enough ‘evidence’ to make that decision. Instead, she was kicked out the program. That was there solution. When I requested for a report of what happened, the program direct just went around in circles and basically told me, I was wasting my time trying to take legal action. When paperwork was filled out, they refused to fill it out as them removing her out the program. Instead they noted I pulled her out the program for an unknown reason. The only person in the school who decided to back me up was the schools safety officer. Which I will always greatly appreciate. Do yourselves a favor & do not place your children here!! If they cry every time you drop them off, it’s for a reason! Trust your children & believe in their cries and tears!! Bless everyone.
Program Director is rude. They will not protect your child my daughter came home with bruises and they did nothing to protect her please becareful where you send your child and they let boys and girl use the bathroom together
I have been trying to add my son to the waitlist or enroll him since AUGUST. It is now mid-October. I walked into the center in person and was turned away due to covid restrictions but still wasn’t given any paperwork. Then I called several times as instructed and when I finally got through to somebody they simply took my name and phone number and said “okay.” This is one of the few schools that accepts the subsidy that I currently have and honestly if this is the only school that I am left with then I’d rather refrain from enrolling my children here. I then tried to apply through the NYC DOE PRE-K website and decided to email the so called Director based on the email address provided online and it’s been 5 days and no response. Maybe it’s a blessing that they don’t respond who knows.
It looks like a good school, but I can't ever get through to speak to anyone in the office. Everytime I call I get stuck on hold for so long and still can't reach anyone. So personally I didnt have a good experience.
Loved the school for 3k but when my daughter was in 4k another child was hitting her to the point she came home with bruises , I brought it to the schools attention before it got to that point and nothing happen the response was "oh we will tell you know if something more serious happens"but if I'm telling you about it their shouldn't be a more serious happening then we went to speak to the dean of the school and she wanted to remove my daughter from the class why punish her when the other child is the one that a problem cuz she wasn't the only kid he was doing it to and they did nothing so if you want your child to be bullied and no one cares I would say yes you can bring your child here
