This daycare is unacceptable. The building reeks of urine, and cleanliness is clearly not a priority. Required state documentation is not properly kept, and staff have manipulated files when questioned. Children sit idle in classrooms all day with nothing to do, which leads to behavior problems. Meals are cold food from the food bank, served every time. They even offer incentives for positive reviews, making the posted reviews unreliable. This is not a safe or caring environment for children.
Baptist Temple has been a foundational part of my children’s early years, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the love and care they provide. All four of my kids—now ages 14, 8, 7, and 3—have attended daycare here, and each experience has been nothing short of amazing. Ms. Pat is truly a gem and one of the main reasons I felt completely comfortable leaving my kids in their care. My youngest son has severe food allergies, and as a mom, it’s always hard to trust someone else with his safety—but at Baptist Temple, I know he’s in good hands. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure his well-being. I’ll never forget the time I walked in and saw my oldest receiving her inhaler right on time—it gave me such peace of mind. The staff is experienced, caring, and consistent. Many of the teachers have been there for years, and that speaks volumes. They aren’t just staff—they’re a family, and they treat our children like their own.
Great place for the kids. Excellent teacher's. The staff really cares. Love the new Engage App that allow photos real time photos and updates throughout the day.
Absolutely love this place. My daughter loves it. She doesn't cry when I drop her off, she, she is happy to go to school. She has learned so much from going here. Such a family friendly environment. Definitely recommend if you are looking for child care
my child has been with BTELC for over a year now and loves it! Not only is this a “daycare” but a learning center and she has learned so much within this time! The staff here is awesome and keeps you updated.
