What Parents Say
Agape Preschool Center receives mixed reviews. Families with positive experiences praise the care quality, strong community, and dedicated staff, with some describing it as a trusted, nurturing environment. However, multiple parents report significant communication challenges, including difficulty reaching staff, unreturned messages, and unprofessional phone interactions.
As a grandparent of a child who attended here for a few months, I was unimpressed. It was quite clear which children and parents they liked. If you didn’t fit their subjective preferred child characteristics, you and the child were ignored but they are happy to provide you with plenty of negative feedback.
Our son went to Agape from infant (5 months) to when we moved (2 years old). There are high standards here which I loved - no shoes past the door, wash hands upon arrival, and keeping kids home (and sent home) if they are sick to prevent the spread further. I can also say that I honestly felt like the director (Linda) really loved our son. It was pretty sweet how much he adored her.
The care and community at Agape is incredible. My family has been at Agape for over 3 years and I truly trust and respect the team. My kids love the school and their teachers, it gives my husband and I such peace of mind to know they are having fun, learning, and growing each day.
We love this neighborhood child care center. The kids are learning so much, the teachers are wonderful, and we feel part of a great community.
Almost impossible to get a hold of people at this day care. When I did manage to get someone on the phone (no one returned my phone or email messages) they hung up on me. I called back right away and was told to not "bother" with getting on the wait list, then was hung up on again. After calling back a third time and being hung up on, I gave up.
