I want to give a big shout out to my case worker Ms Lisa Kretz from Stratford avenue she is the best thing that has happened to me and my family. She has motivated me to do better and want better for myself . She guides me in the right direction and always has a positive attitude with a big smile Everytime I come to her office. Thank you alliance for hiring staff who understands the community and our needs.

When one is going through personal crisis and difficult challenges, it can be overwhelming. I am definitely overwhelmed. It helps immensely to have someone who offers answers, positivity, inspiration and hope. It is a considerable blessing to meet someone like that and if you have that person fighting for you, it provides much needed comfort and relief. I am a person so fortunately blessed, for I have exactly this type of person, with these aforementioned virtues and more, assisting me. Her name is Alexandra. Alex for short. This is one of the most kind, respectful and empathetic people I've ever met. And if I knew nothing else about her, that would be enough. But she also fights, tenaciously on my behalf. She seeks answers for me even when I'm not physically sitting there in the office with her. And when I show up, she has already worked on a problem for me and found a solution long before I've arrived. She gives tireless support to me and although I'm pretty good with words, I nevertheless can not find any words commensurate with the value I place on her and how grateful I am to her. If you have her working with you, then you know what I mean. And, like me, you know how lucky you are. If not, my hope would be that somehow you get to meet her and experience having her by your side. Thank you Alex for all that you do for me.

I just wanted to take the time and say my case worker Lisa K at Stratford Avenue is a very sweet young lady who helps and guides me with everything that I have needed and applied for with Alliance, she does it all! Sometimes I come into the office and she's very busy but I will wait for her because she answers all my questions and shows empathy to my situation! I am so thankful to have her as my worker ! Today was a hard day for me as I came into her office crying and didn't know what to do and she sat down immediately and made the right calls and got me what I needed! I am so happy to have caring people like this in my life ! Thank you Alliance !!!!
