A Beautiful Child

I have called twice and left messages with an employee and I never get called back, clearly they don't want to take on anymore kids. I was referred by a very close friend that takes their daughter there. I also tried last summer and who ever I talked to didn't put me on hold and just started bashing the parents as I heard everything. Exact words, "I don't want to deal with another after school kid and their parents. They aren't worth it. Just tell her we are full."

I was told in person by manager different hours then when I called to confirm hours of operation cause Google is inaccurate and the sheet they looked at for hours was also different than the 2 different hours I was told just days apart and there extra fees they wont can't bill to Iccp 8$ per kid per ride for pickups from school if u have kids in the same school I feel it should be per family not per kid. And there's activity fees ECT. That again r out of pocket not included in the daycare fee

My 2 and 4 year old went to ABC and had a wonderful first year at a day care facility experience. My daughter flourished right away, and was even moved up to an older pre-school group because she was showing some advanced skills. My son is slower to warm by nature, so he took a bit longer to adjust, but loves it now, and his vocabulary has gone way up! ABC does awesome summer field trips like, swimming, hikes, public Library activities, Geronimos, and trips to the movie theater. Payment expectations were clear and up front. There was always reminders and notification for holiday closures way in advance that auto pop up when you check your kids in and out. It was just really convenient all round. Highly recommended!

Money hungry owner! I was charge an art fee every month and never received ANY art projects. She was rude when I said I couldn't aford thier rates and was changing to a more afortibal provider. I also witnessed the workers abuse and niglect the babys and toddlers. For exaple: After a few months I had noticed multiple times a baby or toddler would be STRAPPED in a high chair and left for Extended periods of time all ALONE in the kitchen if the staff was mad at them or couldnt get them to behave. Make No mistake this WAS used to punish the kids. I literally watched them do I multiple times so, Plz NEVER USE THIS DAYCARE!

The way these kids are being treated at this location is awful & shouldn’t be allowed. This whole business needs to be shut down. If you really care about the safety of children, do NOT enroll your children here.
