My son has been going here for about a year (22 months old currently) and we’ve had a great experience overall. Ms. Young does not mess around when it comes to protocol and keeping kiddos safe. The sweetest people are the providers, my son adores Ms. Emily particularly who is his primary teacher, but they rotate sometimes depending on availability and class size. Kids get familiar with all the providers so they aren’t shocked when someone else rotates in. Meals are provided and they work with subsidiary agencies for military or other types of fee assistance, which is great. Rooms are a bit small but they seem to manage just fine and they also have outdoor time depending on the weather. They also have music with Mr. Westley and often share pictures with you, along with other updates on diaper changes, naps, etc. The integration of art, music, basic skills, and communication are really great. I’ve definitely noticed my son has learned a lot of things from this daycare with their curriculum.

My child has been going to Lighthouse Preschool & Daycare since he was six weeks old. Overall, I have had a five star experience. My child has learned so much with their help. They do crafts and activities with him. I love the music on Friday's with Mr. Wesley. Ms. Young has been awesome. When I didn't understand, she explained things so that I understood. She helped me get started since I was brand new at this. Ms. Elizabeth has recently departed, but she was so great with the kids. I understand she's been with Ms. Young since they originally started. My son loves her and she always treated me with kindness. Thanks for always being so genuine. I appreciate all that you do. <3 One of the issues I've had is the listed hours. They do not match up online (website), on the door or what they really are. I am a single mom and it's been a lot of change. I've recently gotten a new job, so that I can actually match the actual business hours for the daycare. We do what we have to for the kids. For advertising and reviewing purposes, I would suggest an update to all platforms. Otherwise I am happy. My baby loves going to "school." Again, THANK YOU ALL FOR WHAT YOU DO AND KEEPING MY BABY SAFE.

My child has attended Lighthouse Preschool and Daycare for the last 2 years. The staff is nurturing and they always keep me updated throughout the day on the parent app. I love getting daily pics and communication. I can attest that this is a wonderful school and the proof is how my little one races to the door every morning. My husband and I have dropped by unannounced on multiple occasions…especially in those early days and always found the kids playing or doing an activity. Our child is happy and so are we!

When i first walked into this center I felt right at home. The owner is understanding, and easy to talk too. The employees there are absolutely wonderful and do such an amazing job. Ive seen so many little ones learn and grow at this center! I have a little one on the way and I will definitely be considering taking he or she there once a little older!!

My daughter was one of the kids left outside at this center in 95 degree weather and she has still not recovered from the trauma this place caused her. This place needs to be shut down! After speaking to the licensing board they confirmed that a few years prior to our incident there was a child left outside found on the busy hwy right in front of the center - that had just wandered off. All they do is put the director and facility on probation and she will adjust temporarily while being watched in order to evade being shut down. As soon as she is taken off she returns to poor management style of overcrowding the center and moving kids around from one room to another to keep “ratio” and that’s how my daughter and the other little girl got left outside. Terrible business and the director should have NO PART in running a childcare center. When our daughter was left outside she blamed the employee and took zero accountability for the failed processes and poor training that she provides. This place is trash! DO NOT PUT YOUR KIDS HERE! Andddd the worst part, she had the audacity to charge us for the following week of service after she left our kid outside and refused to return us our money. Instead she treated us like criminals, and threatened my husband with trespassing when he said he was coming to get his refund. She’s a money hungry inconsiderate and negligent scammer!!
