This is place is so unprofessional. They never answer the phone when I need to make my payment then have the nerve to charge me a late fee and that I have to go in a personally pay for. Ms.rodriguez is so rude and need to find another profession if she hates that job so much. I thank god my son doesn’t attend this daycare however dealing with this agency for registration is really annoying.
Super rude don't respect parent and act like they the one paying for childcared dont try to work with u and the staff act like they own the place..never answer the phone. Cant wait for my daughter be out of this program lord only knows Ms Rodriguez and her little partner need to work more professional they think they the one paying for childcared
I couldn't even get pass the phone before I decided that this is not a child care facility I would want my child to attend. The staff was rude and non-helpful. A person would have to be desperate or brain dead to send their loving child to this place.
Tool my application there and it said it was never received by the ACS office. A friend of mine have being taking her pay stubs to them few times and she was also told it was never received. My recommendation is to go to apply directly to the bronx ACS main office.
Ghetto and unprofessional, the workers act like they’re at home and your disturbing them with your questions. They always seem to have an attitude or problem with something.
