Had a very nice time. It took about 3 hrs to get through the park. Was disappointed there weren't any gorillas but the orangutans were amazing. Good variety of primates. Most of then were active & fun to watch. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The only con was some windows needed cleaning and there was lots tfeces & urine on the floors. Can definitely recommend a visit .
A fun day for the kids and parents too! The dinosaur expedition is a big hit for the boys. A wonderful playground which is safe and out of the sun so great to play in the summer time. The water splash zone is a great way to end the day. We love our season pass and go there often. The animals are so fun to watch. Best Zoo ever!
What a fantastic zoo!! My family is in town visiting from out of state. We used our reciprocal zoo membership to visit. I told my husband about halfway thru the day that if we didn’t have our membership and had paid full price it would’ve still been worth visiting. The kids and us had a blast! The zoo was very clean, the exhibits seemed spacious and the animals seemed happy and well cared for. The rides throughout the park, water play area and playground were an unexpected added bonus! We will definitely be back the next time we’re in town.
A very dynamic zoo!! Theres a wide variety of animals to see, and i like that there are pannels with interesting details for each animal, so you learn more about them and I think its very intuitive for children! Who make up the major demographic visiting the zoo. Also, there are places to eat and other activities on the side to take a break from touring the zoo. Overall, it looks amazing and very vibrant; the staff is friendly and its a great experience to share with family and friends!
We had a great time here! We bought annual passes. The price is great. Food was sorta pricey but the portions are big. Cocktails are priced fairly, if you're interested. This is our first time here and we picked up some pointers for next time. We will definitely pack a picnic lunch and eat outside in the picnic area to save some money. Where is super happy we purchased the passes and will be using them often.
