Young Learner'S World

It took me one year to find the perfect daycare after I moved into the Centerville school district. When I started looking, it was extremely hard to find a daycare I could trust. I am so thankful and lucky to have found Young Learner’s World. Anne and her staff are wonderful and are so loving with the children. My daughter loves to come to the daycare. Every morning, my daughter asks if she is going to go see her "friends," and she starts to list them by name. My daughter absolutely adores Mrs. Anne and her staff. She is always smiling and laughing when I pick her up. What mother wouldn't want to see that. The daycare teaches the children social skill, helps build their self-esteem, and helps them with their lessons. The staff offers a mixture of experiences, and studies which will give your child the best possible experience and keeps them entertained while being encouraged to learn and grow. The summer program that Young Learners offers is incredible. This program keeps the children engaged, and builds social skills as the children have a fun and enjoyable summer. The best part is I feel as if I am leaving my daughter with family. I know my daughter is loved and well taken care of while I am at work. I highly recommend Mrs. Anne and her staff at Young Learner’s World.

I dropped by this child care center today to take a tour of the place. The front door was unlocked and nobody was there to greet my 3 year old and I. Anybody could have walked I here and done what they wanted. Nobody was around and to the right there was a large empty fish tank with all of its parts on the floor which included electric cords. To the left was the front office which has piles upon piles of unorganized stacked up files and papers. I walked a little further into the center to find someone, and the first thing I hear is an adult yelling meanly at a few crying children in a classroom. This is absolutely unacceptable and disappointing and sad that the children have to deal with that. I immediately turned around and walked out. I will NEVER bring my child to this daycare and nobody else should either. I attempted to call and complain and the woman who answered said she would "let the director know" my thoughts. But I plan on calling back and speaking to her directly. This place should be cleaned out and restaffed ASAP or just shut down period unless the problems are addressed and solved.

It has been roughly 4 years since my children attended this day care, and my daughter still cries when she talks about being accidentally left in the van when the kids went with Ms. Anne to see a movie at the movie theater. Thank God it wasn't a hot day. The police didn't have enough evidence to bring charges so nothing came of it. Find a better daycare, your kids deserve it.

Last review clearly fake. This place is a menace. They still haven't rotated that slide around in the side playground away from the brick wall after all these years. Thanks for giving my first physical and emotional scars. #trauma

I beg you not to send your child to this daycare. It should be shut down. Children are neglected and screamed at here.
