Jacob'S Ladder Educational Childcare Center

I have nothing but great things to say about Jacob’s Ladder Centerville! My 5 year old is enrolled in pre k with Mrs. Michaelanne and Mrs. Bri and they are both amazing. They communicate well and my child adores them! My 11 month old is spoiled rotten but in the best way by all his teachers. They have an app where they post updates and pictures throughout the day of him.The entire staff is amazing and they build great relationships with parents as well as the children.

We have had a great experience with this daycare. Both of my young children attend and I am very pleased with how the establishment is conducted. The director always calls to express any concerns if my child is sick or something is out of the ordinary, as well as updates if there are any incidents involving either of my children. The staff is amazing and is always very welcoming to my children. I love seeing how my babies get excited to see their teachers and my older child always comes home talking about how much fun he had playing with his friends. I would highly recommend this childcare facility.

Just letting anyone know if y'all were thinking about bringing your child here for daycare then please don't. The teachers do not report incidents like they should. They terminated our two year old today because of "aggressively putting stuff in his mouth". No previous warnings from the staff, no nothing. Two parents that work full time, put on the spot with noone to watch our child. Although on the other hand, others will bring their child in sick as a dog , snotty nose , and a quarter of the parent barely pay. But yet we get terminated for that, because the teachers won't do their job and watch the kids like they are supposed to. We also don't get told that they were out of diapers and wipes until they were all gone. For $175 a week this is way too much to pay for this to happen. This place is a joke, especially the owner Erica or however you spell her damn name.

I really enjoyed the staff that work at Jacobs Ladder Educational Childcare Center on Gunn Road, WR. They do their jobs amazingly and make sure to keep every single child safe. I cant wait to see the success of all the beautiful young scholars that grace the center everyday. Jacobs Ladder on Gunn Rd Warner Robins will continue to have ultimate success under the leadership of Ms Lisa Kelly. Thank you for all the early mornings and late evenings that your staff sacrifices daily. The food was prepared excellent every single day because of Ms Debbie, and I really enjoyed seeing all the smiling and friendly faces of all the staff members. This summer was a success and Jacobs Ladder success rate will continue to increase! Thank you ! God bless 💕

My daughter was going to this daycare for about two years. But when it came to potty training the teacher was sending my daughters clothes home with feces in them and when I took the problem to the director Lisa she told me that the teacher could not rinse the clothes out and she seemed not to care about my concern because it kept happening after I told her about the issue.So then I took the issue to state and once I did that my daughter was kicked out of the daycare because the center did not want to accept accountability for there wrong doing. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. When you bring your kid in the don’t get the kids they just sit there while you have to was your own kids hands for breakfast.And the director Lisa has a bad attitude and is very rude towards certain parents of color.
