Kindercare on East Social Row is an excellent facility! The staff here is knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. I feel safe leaving my baby here, knowing she is receiving the highest quality of care. I am routinely impressed with the fun and creative activities the staff come up with that I know are also supporting my baby’s development. I also cannot express how much I appreciate the director and assistant director who worked with me and showed me grace and understanding while I navigated a family emergency. This is an excellent child care facility that I would highly recommend.
After visiting multiple daycares, this one took the cake for us! The center is inviting and clean & the staff is attentive and genuinely excited to see my son every day! Seeing him smile at his teachers makes it that much easier. With this being my first time picking out a daycare, I am glad we picked KinderCare!
The staff are absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend this center to everyone I know. The quality of care provided is exceptional and our child has flourished since starting there. It is evident that the staff at KinderCare are passionate about what they do and genuinely care for the children that they work with.
Ms Tina and her staff are the absolute best! The facility is clean, has nice and well maintained facilities, and outdoor and indoor play areas! The staff takes amazing care of a daughter and they feel like part of the family. I’m lucky to have this KinderCare location in my village:)
My husband and I took our kids to their first day at KinderCare East Social Row on Monday 09/30/2024, and the experience was far from what we expected. Upon entering the building, Tina approached us, informing me that there was a packet I needed to complete before my kids could attend. This came as a surprise because I had contacted the daycare multiple times in the previous month to confirm that everything was ready and to ask if they needed any additional information. At no point had anyone mentioned these packets. While standing by the front desk, something truly disturbing caught our attention. Through a glass window behind us, I saw a caretaker changing a little girl's diaper while she was standing, right outside the bathroom door. Shockingly, all of the child’s private areas were fully exposed for everyone to see, including us. As parents, we found this completely inappropriate and felt very insecure about leaving our children in a place where their privacy could be compromised in such a way. Additionally, the staff looked unprofessional. It was as if they had just gotten out of bed, and their clothes were noticeably unclean. The daycare itself appeared disorganized and messy, which only added to our discomfort. For the sake of my children's health and safety, I decided not to leave them there. I simply couldn’t risk their well-being or my peace of mind. The next day, I called to speak with the manager to share my experience and inform her of my decision, but she wasn’t available. I left a message with the agent who answered the phone, and she assured me that she would pass it along to the manager and that I’d receive a call back as soon as possible. However, I have yet to hear from anyone.
