I am very disturbed by the numerous amount of staff in the childcare that do not care for the children, but instead sit on their phones and talk to each other. What are we paying you for? Iwent for an hour and a half. I left my Almost 2-year-old son in the stay and play. It was concerning to see school aged kids running around with toddlers barely learning to walk, but I thought you know what there’s so many childcare workers in here. I’m sure he’ll be fine. I’m sure they’ll watch him. I come in after my workout and they are playing with the parachute. He sits right in the middle of it clueless that he’s disrupting the fun and a teacher is telling him to get up. He’s not understanding then one of the child care Workers probably 3 to 5-year-old son kicks my son and is hardly addressed Not even disciplined for kicking him I tell the young childcare worker that they better tell their parent about his behavior. She then turns to his father who is sitting in the infant area Sitting with a baby talking to other staff, and once again, he hardly addresses his son‘s behavior from afar. There was so much staff at least 7 to 8 adults and most of them were talking to each other or at the front desk on their phones. When I left the childcare, I found that my son had a dirty diaper and it looks like it had been there for 10 to 15 minutes As a Stay at home, I you can tell when my child has a dirty diaper for an extended amount of time. I believe that if those childcare workers were off of their phones and not Chitchatting with each other, they would have noticed my son had a dirty diaper, and they also would have addressed and disciplined that From one of the staff’s children. I will no longer bring my son to this location, stay and play, and I pray that somebody reads this Review from staff and betters the rest of the adults that work there.
Everyone here is SO NICE. I was anxious about leaving my kids because they are ATTACHED to me. All the staff was so nice. Clean facility.
great gym w multiple floors & lots of free weights and machines :-) several different classes too that seem fun
We were going to the y for swim lessons, but not members. If you call you will be directed to a call center. Not worth it if you need information/help quickly. Very challenging to park if you are not a member. The staff was incredibly nice when I went to the desk for help, but not sure if it was worth all the hassle of actually getting in there. Nothing about this was easy, which was really too bad because they were so nice and kind when we actually got in.
Wish they had a towel service. I hate bringing my towel to the gym. I’ve been told they used to do it but after COVID they stopped… I understand during COVID but now I think it just an excuse. A lot of other gyms offer that service still, idk why the Y thinks they shouldn’t. The showers are also pretty dirty and missing tiles. 👎 Other than that it’s a pretty mediocre gym overall. I really only go here now because of the convenience. THIS Y REALLY NEEDS A RENOVATION! The staff is really nice though! 😁
