They said they would call back. They never called back and they didn't even give prices over the phone. Apparently they charge per child and the child's needs! They want you to come into the tour before they give prices so old school

I have nothing but good things to say about this daycare the ppl are so kind and sweet, always put me and my child first. Although the owner is never there, the director and staff always been very knowledgeable, kind, sweet, and respectful. There have been times where me and my wife seen where they extended their hand to help other parents, like employing them until they found something better, helping others out with hotels suitable for there family and over all just dame sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Oh and the foods that my child said he is eating make me want to enroll. Thanks ladies❤️

First and foremost the staff are fantastic and my baby received fantastic care from them. Even though food and some items like wipes are included in tuition we provided Easton's food and consumables because we want specific things for our daughter. The staff was caring and accommodating. The owner is another story. The contract we signed said the money for the following week would be pulled on Fridays. This maybe happened once or twice in the begining. Tia will wait weeks and then attempt to pull several weeks at the same time on a random day. Strangely it was rarely on a Friday and never with warning that multiple weeks were being drawn. The bank declines because it's over the daily limit and then she tacks on a $50 fee claiming that the credit card processor charges her whenever that happens. Since it's pulling from a bank account I find that hardnto believe. Ive spoken to other parents who had the same experience which leads me to believe this is done on purpose to harvest fees in violation of the contract we signed. The money is always in the account and the only reason the payment ever failed was because she would wait and pull many weeks on a random day. We told her countless times that if she would warn us we could tell the bank to allow whatever dollar amount was necessary but it would just be easier tondo as the contract states: draw on Friday for the following week. On December 9th I asked Tia to call me regarding switching the method of payment, I had created a bank account specifically to deal with this mess, but instead of contacting me she just tried l to charge the account on file again to rack up another $50 fee. I have called countless times, left polite voicemails, texted, asked the staff in the morning at dropoff and afternoon at pickup to have Tia call me. I left written notes asking for an itemized list of charges. Finally we gave two weeks written notice and began the process to withdraw our daughter. It hurt to do, the staff was so good with her and the daycare is right around the corner from my work, but the poor communication with the owner and nightmare of charges (my wife paid many bogus fees just to keep the peace) over the nearly year we were there was too much. Even when we were leaving and requested in writing an itemized list of what we owed so we could leave on good terms we got nothing. Finally on Jan31st Tia texted me back saying she had a medical emergency and that she was just gettting back to work. She said that the next day she would be in office and would give me an itemized list of charges and our tax document for the year if I gave her my email address. Finally! I immediately replied with my email address. Well it's February 9th and no email, no response, no contact. I called her cellphone today at 9:49AM and left a voicemail (first time in months the mailbox wasnt full) and called the daycare at 9:50AM. A staff member answered the phone, Inidentified myself and why I was calling, and she said Tia was in a meeting and she would have her call me as soon as she was done. It's 10:38PM no email, no response, no contact. For all the times I called, texted, wrote notes and asked staff to relay messages with no response I wasnt surprised by this, but I am very frustrated. I just need an itemized list of charges so I can pay what I legitimately owe (sorry Tia, not bogus fees that you made up) and the tax documents for the year. If this review is still up in this state you'll know I STILL havent heard from her and Im STILL waiting on these basic things. I'm a reasonable person and will edit my review to reflect the excellent care our daughter received if/when the money and tax form ever gets resolved. Tia you know how to contact me. A horrible center to have your children at. From someone who has worked in multiple child care facilities this is by far the worst. I tried to give them multiple chances with the strings that they pull and now have to take my children out. Your child would be left unsupervised multiple times throughout the day, come home with unexplained bruises and marks. as well as there’s no communication. There’s no main office phone that you can call, they’ll text you but won’t answer the phone. There’s no app or papers / report sent home to tell who changed your child and when as well as how their day went. Kids are constantly running around watching a television at pick up and drop off. Would not recommend this daycare to my worse enemy!

When we first started we were quoted a price, then the owner told me they lost my paperwork and we had to redo the contract. While reading the contract before signing it I noticed my payments were a lot higher than I was quoted. The owner asked me who quoted. I told her and she called the lady. The lady told her she told me it while I was sitting there. The owner told her that wasn’t right and told me she couldn’t honor it! My son started anyway. My son did ok there but once his main teacher left he didn’t really like going anymore. He said his new teacher was “angry” and if he said anything she would tell him sit down and watch TV! I immediately started looking for other daycares. When I told the main lady there (not the owner) she swept it under the rug. I told them in December that my sons last day was going to be February first. They said it had to be in writing. I wrote the letter and took it and the workers kept telling me I had to wait for the owner (who was never there). I never heard anything else from anyone about anything. Now the owner is withholding the EIN number Saying I owe her for 2 weeks my son wasn’t there. I tried to be peaceful until this that’s crazy. My son was only there for 4 months. I will always trust my instincts next time. Next step report to the BBB.
