What Parents Say
This daycare receives mixed reviews with stark contrasts. Positive reviews praise staff kindness, communication, and emotional support, while negative reviews cite serious safety concerns including children left unsupervised, lost children, inadequate bathroom facilities, and lack of safety accommodations.
My son was so well cared for here! Their communication was excellent (i loved the constant updates and photos directly to my phone), and I truly felt seen and supported as a first-time mom returning to work. The transition was seamless for my boy. He was always happy when I picked him up!! Every staff member was kind and compassionate. I wish my son could continue care—hopefully their vaccination policies will soon allow for delayed schedules!
we just recently moved across the state but wanted to share my experience. my daughter started in the infant room and transitioned into the toddler room and she started in august. all of the teachers we kind to me and my daughter and the bond that they had with her was very special to me. you can tell how much they all love the kids there. the only time i wasn’t happy with them was when a teacher who i haven’t seen since the incident, had two kids with her including my daughter and said she couldn’t go to the other room to grab a diaper when my daughter had a bm and she had sat in it for a while. i was pretty mad but i went in the next day and told someone and seems likes they handled it considering i never saw this girl again. this was our first daycare experience and leaving was very bittersweet. i just want to say thank you to all of the staff who were a huge part of our lives. this time for us was difficult emotionally as i was a newly single mom who got away from abuse trying to cope, raise my daughter and make money to pay bills. i knew i could drop my daughter off and not have to worry. you are all truly amazing we love you!🫶
I usually do not post my experiences and I am a very private person, but I feel that parents should be fully informed of this child care center before they make their choice to send their child here. We are a new family to the center. This is our second week. Today (8/21/23) while dropping my daughter off in the morning for her preschool class, I decided to take her to the bathroom. Her preschool teachers had just left the bathroom with the rest of the class for their morning bathroom break, and headed back to their classroom for morning snack. When we entered the bathroom I thought we were the only people in their, but noticed 2 little feet in the first stall. While I helped my daughter to the next stall, I heard a little girl crying. Unfortunately She was left behind alone in the bathroom stall and was forgotten by her teachers and the rest of the class. I was in the bathroom with my daughter for at least 10-15 minutes before my daughter was done. When we went to the sink to wash our hands there was no soap( which was the second time in two days that the soap was empty). When I went to the office to report the empty soap and the child that was left behind, the director told me that “ Theirs soap in the boys bathroom”. When I asked if she was aware that a child was alone in the bathroom, she said “ No, I was not aware of that”. To make a long story short. The staff forgot a child, and she was left alone by herself in the bathroom for at least 15 minutes. They were clueless that she was even missing, until I brought it to their attention. Anything could have happened to this little girl. The poor little girl was sobbing and I’m sure is traumatized by the whole experience. I’m sure Her mother was not informed of what happened to her little girl on this day, so I felt obligated to tell the public. Ultimately, the choice is yours in what child care center you choose. After this incident I spoke with my husband, and by the end of the day we dis-enrolled our children from this facility. The Teachers were nice, but safety comes first for me.
Allowed my 2 year old son to run into a parking lot and unenrolled him without having a talk or meeting with parent first. I was left a voicemail at work and missed the call by 4 minutes. I called back 7 times and got no answer. Voicemail stated that he ran into the parking lot. Incident report filled out stated that he never reached the parking lot just ran towards it. Which is it? They refused to make safety accommodations for the children after numerous incidents of children running off & expect them to know better at such a young age. Previous to this incident he was denied a lunch because he didn’t show up before 9. I had been bringing him in at 10 for over 2 months and it was never a problem until then. I had picked him up the night before and nothing was said to me or mentioned about this new rule. They waited until I dropped him off and said if I wanted him to eat I needed to go get him something and bring it back. After hearing bad stories of daycares I am upset I had to witness it myself with my own child.
The staff is unprofessional and handles incidences in a harsh and crass manner with very little communication with parents. They refuse to make accommodations for the children who attend, including accommodations necessary for safety concerns. There are areas that are not gated that children have access to & staff expects non verbal toddlers to stay on the sidewalk to get to the outdoor play areas where there is direct access to the street, and parking areas. Staff has insisted meals would not be provided to certain students & have repeatedly lost several students inside the building as well where they were unsupervised and without staff members. When recommendations were made to increase safety for the children they stated “they didn’t have the funds.” Avoid at all costs unless your child is a school aged child who is capable of recognizing dangers on their own & is capable of following rules and instructions!
