The Winner School has my heart. I am sad that my youngest is now out of preschool and dayschool. At least we still get dance! Mr Johnny, the owner, is incredible. He was meant for this life. And Miriam at the front is the most amazing human. And if I could adopt Miss Natalie into our family, I would! My older daughters wish they could’ve gone to Winner School. And my youngest still wishes she could go there because, “it’s just the best.” You guys are doing good things! 💛

Please fix the drop off traffic mess. One way in one way out. And no parking in front of the doorway. We all get stuck. An accident is waiting to happen.

My children have both gone to the winner school. I recommend them highly. They taught the children important things, had fun and made friends. The staff seem to genuinely care about the children and still ask about my oldest even after he had left.

It’s been roughly 3 years since my daughter attended their Summer camp. Many of the people who worked there were kind and nurturing (hence the 2 stars) but it was obvious the owners don’t have the level supervision over the children that’s needed. The doors are left unlocked and I witnessed little kids coming and going out the doors without an adult. Half the time when I would arrive for pick up there were dozens of children present and no adult supervision in the lobby. The way they have organized their billing is done in an effort to confuse the parents. They routinely allowed my child to charge snack shack food to our account without permission which you are not aware of until you receive the bill. There’s nothing special about this place with exception of convenience. Basically be prepared for chaos, confusion and lots of unhealthy food available to your kids. Also worth mentioning my daughter HATED (tears/melancholy attitude) going there which is why I withdrew her early and they billed me for that. She had participated in many Summer programs over the years but it was clear this place was not a good fit for her.

I was recommended this school by two different people. When I first tried to enroll, it was during the holiday season, and both the school and I were very busy. It ended up taking me about a week to get registered, and the process was incredibly difficult. I had to call for assistance because the system was giving me issues. I was later told that people with iPhones often experience this problem. Additionally, I learned that a common issue with their registration system is that emails often get sent to spam or junk folders, which made the process even harder. I understand that this couldn’t have been prevented, but it still made things more difficult and as you need to register before they will let you in for a tour of the facility. After that lengthy registration process we set up a tour, but someone else took the slot, which I understood. However, that was for a part-time position. This week, I called on Wednesday around 2 or 3 PM to update my availability since we were on the waitlist. The main reason I called was to let them know that we now needed full-time daycare and to check if any openings had become available. I was told that Miriam would reach out to me regarding the updated times as she oversees that department. I also learned that children who have turned three can enroll in the preschool program—something I was never informed of by Miriam the program director, the person I had previously been working with though she was aware of my daughters age and that I’m new to all of this. When I finally did hear back from Miriam, she told me she’s just been busy with other things, which is why she’s had a hard time reaching out. I completely understand that, especially during the holidays. Now we are entering the February I’m getting the same turn around. It feels like there’s no real willingness to answer questions. If there’s only one person handling everything and they have too many responsibilities, I get that it can be difficult. But for parents who are genuinely interested in enrolling their child and willing to pay for the program, expect to receive a turn around in the meantime. Overall, this has not been a good experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this school to anyone that thinking about registering. It’s unfortunate because the parents who are already in the school highly recommend it, but for new parents, it seems almost impossible to get in or even get a response from Miriam.
