I’m only leaving 2 stars because Jade is an amazing person. But the unit’s itself are terrible. We had all of our payments ready with no issues and spent nearly $1,500 just to move in. We were told our apartment was cleaned out and everything was ready. I was in SHOCK by what “clean” meant. Let alone the infestation the leasing office nor WE aware about. Also the stove? Hired a professional cleaner due to how much filth was there. She told us had we started the stove, a grease fire would have happened. We’re paying $1407 for all dirty appliances, a fridge we cannot store food in due to roaches and clothes we cannot wash. We signed the lease and could not move in until a week later due to how many roaches and EGGS were just around the unit. Yet only $42 worth of credit for a week worth of not being able to move in due to an infestation that should have been cleared out upon inspection. This is honestly disappointing, this is our home. What we have to come home and deal with after a long day of work. Filth. All these pictures are BEFORE we moved anything in and used ANYTHING.

Shout out to the best Maintenance Man on the property. He’s reliable , manner-able and very respectful. He’s the best part of Elliott! Hire more employees like him and you guys will be on to something! Go Javel!

I applied for this apt complex back in sept of 2025, I had a money order for $500 I ended up using it for the application fee which is $75, fast forward I was told I didn’t make enough, I was also told that my remaining balance of $425 would be mailed out & it should take 30-45 days, we’re now in dec 2025 & I still haven’t gotten back my money I would like my money back since like how I didn’t move forward with anything, I didn’t sign no lease no nothing just did the application so I need someone to get me my money like right now. You guys took is so fast but are dragging yall feet to refund me back my money I need my money right now I have my children, I have stuff to do, I found me an apt, moved in & yall still didn’t refund me back my money & now I’m getting pissed because I’ve been waiting but now I feel like yall are playing in my face & I don’t like that so ELIIOT NORCROSS I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY TOTALING IN THE AMOUNT OF $425 .
