What Parents Say
Parents consistently praise Creme de la Creme for its warm, nurturing environment and caring staff. The facility offers diverse enrichment activities, maintains open communication with parents, and has shown improvement under new management. Children transition well from infancy through pre-K with strong educational outcomes.
I’ve toured different daycares and Creme de la crème really stood out. The facility is warm and welcome especially with the staff! Ms. Ayanna, the director has been so nice and supportive. She listens to your needs and makes sure that the kids are taken care of. I bring my 2 year old and 7 month old and feel comfortable with the teachers. They update on the app daily and send lovely pictures! My 2 year old would cry every morning during drop off and pickup but he’s finally come around and enjoy coming here! I would definitely recommend bringing your children to Creme de la crème! They will be taken care of. :)
We couldn’t be happier with the care our two little ones receive at Creme! Our son (18 months) and daughter (3 months) both attend, and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such a nurturing and supportive environment. The teachers are truly amazing — especially Gigi, Linda, and Maria. They are kind, attentive, and always make the effort to connect with each child individually. It’s clear they genuinely care, and our kids absolutely light up when they see them! The communication with parents is great, and we always feel informed about how our kids are doing. It’s a place filled with warmth, patience, and love — exactly what we hoped to find in a daycare. Highly recommend to any family looking for a safe and loving place for their children to grow and thrive!
We have had our 3 children here for 4 years, including pre-K for one. The teachers and staff are very compassionate, dedicated, and loving with our kids. I’m amazed people all seem to know my children’s names! The teachers always make the effort to change our kid’s diapers before I pick them up in the afternoons. Creme has been great!
Since the new manager has arrived the atmosphere and overall performance of this school has improved significantly. I have never had issues with the teaching staff and our family has been with this school for five years. The teachers are kind, caring, attentive, helpful, communicative and supportive of not only the kids but of the families as a whole. The new management team now reflects those same tenets. We are proud to be part of the PTC Creme family!
My son attended this school when he was 2 years old. I deeply regret sending my son to this school. Over the course of his time there, my son was involved in three separate incidents, and not once was I informed beforehand. I only found out about these incidents when I arrived to pick him up from school. - Bruised/ bleeding lip - Swollen forehead with bruising - Bruised chest (which was the final straw) I asked for more information and requested to see the camera footage, but was met with the excuse that "nothing was captured due to the angle of the camera." I find this response hard to believe and feel that the school was not being transparent with me. The staff were incredibly unhelpful. Specifically, Christie Hall was rude and unapproachable, and Vicki Nolan didn’t offer any meaningful assistance. Both of them had family ties to the school (their kids and grandson attended), and it felt like the focus was more on them than on the actual well-being of the students. This school seems to hire anyone, regardless of experience, and it shows. Most of the "teachers" don’t seem to have any genuine interest in working with children, and it felt more like a factory than a place of learning. I even witnessed one of the staff pulling on a child’s arm into the classroom. The only thing this school seems to care about is money. I hold this guilt over my head til this day and I still feel terrible that I ever enrolled my son here, thinking it would be a good fit due to their rotating curriculum schedule. It wasn’t. If you're looking for a safe, supportive environment for your child, do NOT send them here.
