What Parents Say
Reviews are sharply divided. Positive reviewers praise the caring, nurturing environment and dedicated teachers who support academic and social-emotional development. Negative reviewers report concerns about staff conduct, including alleged verbal abuse, hostility toward children, and claims of mishandled abuse reports.
We absolutely love this daycare. The teachers are incredible—so caring, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in our kids that they truly feel like part of our family. We are so grateful to have found this place and couldn’t recommend it more highly.
Anyone that pays attention would notice this place is horribly run. They allow people who continue to hurt children stay employed. The two year old teacher is hostile and takes anger out on ANYONE. They all play you in your face.
UMCC is an incredibly nurturing environment with staff that is dedicated to the care and education of its children. You can send your children there from birth until pre-k and feel confident they will develop the skills they need both academically and social/emotionally before they enter kindergarten. Our children have had a wonderful experience and come home excited each day to tell us what they learned.
Unorganzied, rude, and weird staff. Do not put your child under these people because they do not know how to talk to children without verbal abuse. I witnessed teachers screaming in kids’ faces. Especially the 4 year old classroom teacher who is a miserable old hag and takes her anger out on the toddlers, her assistants and student teachers.
We love UMCC. All of the teachers have taken great care of our children and provide such a loving, nurturing environment.
