We are so thrilled we found Creme for our daughter’s Pre-K. Ms. Devi is so warm and kind, and loves her like her own. My daughter is so proud of all she is learning in class. Aside from the standard letters, numbers and such that Pre-K students learn, Ms. Devi has been working with her on speaking in front of others, which is a skill I wish I would have learned when I was young. So impressive! Ms Rayah is also wonderful. She is so kind and loving as well. All of the other teachers that come in her class are great, too. I trust that when I bring my daughter to school, she will be cared for, loved and safe, and that is what I love so much about the place. The staff at the front desk are helpful and always greet me with a smile. Ms Angie and Ms Wendy are fabulous. They are always approachable and willing to hear about any concerns or suggestions. They care how the parents are feeling and what we have to say. They are willing to look at different ways of doing things if it will benefit the families, and I never feel like they’re brushing off any concerns or issues that arise. They are decisive and prompt with anything that needs to be addressed. We love our Creme family! ❤️❤️❤️

Creme de le Crème has been an exceptional before and aftercare childcare facility. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warm, welcoming, and family-centered environment. The Angela is always professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, which provides peace of mind knowing my son is in safe and capable hands. The facility is clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed to support both learning and play. My son is always encouraged social development, creativity, and responsibility, while still having fun. Communication with families is clear and consistent, and the staff truly takes the time to get to know each child’s individual needs. Creme de le Crème goes above and beyond to create a nurturing space where my son feel valued, supported, and excited to be each day. I highly recommend this program to any family looking for reliable, high-quality before and aftercare.

Our family LOVES CREME. I didn’t tour any other facility when trying to figure out where to send our son. I knew friends that have been taking their children here for years and were absolutely in love with it. The director Angie is always reachable, and truly loves each and every single child that goes there. It’s such a warm and inviting environment. Ms. Christen, Chloe, Maggie, Kerrington and Chandler are some of our absolute favorites and we truly trust them completely. They provide breakfast, lunch and snacks for all day, provide the diapers and wipes as well. You get photos through out the day of your little one doing daily activities. They do fun spirit weeks during holidays and have an app as a way to communicate with parents and staff to keep everyone in the loop. Security is top notch, you need a finger print in order to unlock the doors which we liked so random people can’t just walk into the school. Our son has been going here a few months. Even with a waiting list we knew it was worth the waiting list and the cost because there are so many benefits. What I love the most is that they teach your kids while they watch them. They do activities. My son is only 16 months and already knows how to properly hold crayons and utensils. His vocabulary has expanded as well. I have nothing bad to say about Creme they are like apart of our family. Thank you Creme for loving our baby like he’s your own!

Great childcare program! My son (pre-K age) has only been there for 8 months but after less than one month, every adult in the building knew him by name, and vice versa. They really seem to care about all the kids. My son loves school and has learned so much in a short time. We especially love our teachers, Miss Chandler and Miss Debbi!

I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the care my son received at Creme de la Creme West Chester. The safety of my child is paramount, and this facility consistently failed to provide a secure environment. My son suffered multiple injuries while under their care, and the director, Alison, seemed completely indifferent to the situation. Despite repeated incidents, no effective measures were taken to prevent future occurrences. Additionally, there seems to be a high turnover rate among the teachers, with many not staying longer than a month. This constant change in staff is concerning and can negatively impact a child's development. To add insult to injury, they recently increased their prices. Given the quality of care and the safety concerns, this price hike is completely unjustified. I strongly advise parents to reconsider entrusting their children to this daycare. The lack of concern for children's well-being is unacceptable.
