My children have been attending this daycare since we moved to Alabama about 5 years ago and they LOVE it. The teachers are very good with them and I like that my youngest learns so much here, he’s one and came home doing “wheels on the bus” and “itsy bitsy spider” they teach them and they let them play a good balance! I highly recommend.
This daycare is so loving and wonderful! My husband and I both had to travel for work at the same time so I had to bring our son last minute with me on a business trip to Piedmont. Angie and her team kindly accepted my son with little notice. Their rates were beyond fair. The teachers were so loving with him. He seemed to particularly enjoy playing outside with the other little children. When I picked him up in the afternoon, he was still happy and content. It was such a pleasant experience all around and I will be bringing him back in the future now when I have business trips to the area.
We have two babies that have gone here for over a year now. We will not send them anywhere else. This is their second home and they love every minute of it. They learn so much , the other kids become friends and see each other in public and they hug and say how they can’t wait to see each other at Mrs Angie’s the next day! Very laid back , easy going , down to earth environment and the ladies is amazing (def the infant teacher!) she builds relationships with each child ive seen her hold mine with tears running down her face because my baby is having a rough day or just because and Shante soothes her. She plays with her hair at nap time til she falls asleep. She’s the best! They all are!
Listen to your child when they tell you they don't want to go here. I thought my 2yo was just upset "missing mom" , no. They made her and all the other children her age sit at a table for 6+ hours. When I went to confront the owner about this issue she was asleep in her office and no one was with the children in the other room, when I woke her up and asked her why my child hadnt been allowed to get up at all she claimed that it was too hot to go outside. When I asked why they were not allowed to play inside she said she couldn't let them run around inside. Just trust me please do not send your kids here. She will fool you into believing this is a safe place, its not.
New ownership has been the best thing to happen to this place and our community! They are all so great with children and love them just as their own.
