T.L.C. Child Care Center (Cove)

I have been working with TLC for 3 1/2 months now and have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. Everybody is very supportive of one another and it feels like we are all one big family. I love how they create a very nurturing and flexible environment for the children to learn in. The children and their needs always are put first, which is exactly how it should be. Our kids always seem to be happy to be there because they know they are around good & loving teachers everyday. I think the fact that we are a non-profit school makes a huge difference. Especially since I worked in a few corporate childcare environments before TLC and could clearly see how they became more about money than quality education after awhile. After seeing how TLC is so much more of a healthier and happier environment for all, I could never imagine working in a corporate environment again now. Totally recommend our school to either work at or send your child to!!!

TLC has been an excellent resource and partner in helping to raise and educate my son over the last several years all the way through kindergarten. The staff stand out in contrast to other child care services because it's a community effort and engine that runs on love. Everyone clearly works very hard to make it a desirable place to raise a child.

My daughter had never been to any daycare before joining the TLC. Our native language is an Indian language, so she was not speaking English or Spanish. That was a challenge for teachers to understand her. The population in school was not diverse at that time, so that was another concern for us as a parent. Despite all the challenges, teachers at TLC took a lot of effort. She liked the school from day one. In less than two months she picked up the language and opened up as a free bird. All the staff is very welcoming and we always felt like being part of TLC. I think our decision to choose TLC for our daughter was perfect. They celebrate all events/ festivals in a classic/ small town way, which we enjoyed most. We are grateful to TLC for giving the best memories for pre-K.

I've been working at TLC for a couple months and am so happy and proud to be a part of the children's lives and all the other awesome teachers who work here. TLC is a great family oriented workplace and really care about each and every teacher and family/child who attends. Both of my nephew's attended TLC previously as well and loved their time and teachers here.

I have worked for TLC for almost 10 years. My own children have gone through every stage of TLC (from Infants through Kindergarten, and even to Summer Camp)! The staff is like family to me (and I am a hard person to please when it comes to other people taking care of my kids!). We value each other and the ideas brought to the table. We work well together and truly care about each other. The directors try to keep the staff/child ratio lower than most schools because we all value the bonding relationships and learning that goes on at TLC. We love each and every child who enters our doors and we love our little community of Perkasie as well! We enjoy taking the kids out on walks through town and to the local parks as often as we can. No center is perfect. However, TLC tries their best to work with families and make it the best experience possible. TLC has their hiccups like every business; but I couldn't imagine working with better people, or families!
