On my first day of picking up my kids I heard one of the young teachers with the blond/brown braids yelling at a child that was crying. Not to mention the lady in the front called me and told me they can't be over 10 hours even though my kids were dropped off at 8:40 that day and picked up at 6:45. Today I had car problems and was getting ready to walk the children to the daycare. Usually if you call or have a doctor's appointment they will have some leniency on you. Ms. queen was sure to let me know that even though I had to walk my kids to school I could not bring them because it would be past 9. If I can't go to work I can't pay for the daycare. Not to mention I worked at a daycare for years and I do understand how a daycare runs. If you cannot have leniency on a parent then are you really helpful? If this continues I will be sure to switch to another daycare in the area. Not to mention they have a "fee" for anything and everything.
I love the Elite School. It's been the best daycare and after school center for my children. I transferred my children from a different center. I have all 4 of my children enrolled. The Staff is very nice. The great part about it its not as if they are baby sitting. They keep the children learning and doing different learning activities. I'm glad my children are comfortable and can be themselves. They love it too. The children eat well also. Going back to work I was nervous. I know my children are in great hands.
I Love Queene. She work the front to the back of the facility. She do not play about kids and she love to help the community. This daycare is awesome if I ever seek help for kids in my family and friends on the south side, it most definitely will be here❤️🙌🏾
The Elite School is amazing. My kids have learned so much from the day they started and they absolutely Love going to school everyday. The facility is clean, well lit, and well kept. I especially love that every staff member speaks and knows my children's names. The staff is super friendly and is always smiling. I tell everyone I know to enroll their kids at this school....BEST PRICES IN THE AREA TOO!
I chose this daycare because it was near by and I haven’t been disappointed. My daughter started when she was 1 yrs old and she’s now 2. With my teaching at home she also comes home with homework which lets me know she’s learning in school as well. Since day 1, the director Ms. Queen and Ms. Turi have made me comfortable with leaving my daughter in their care each day. As well as any issues I’ve had and brought to their attention was immediately addressed.
