The entire experience at Gracepoint has been great since we started in January. We’ve received appointments in a timely manner, everyone has been very warm and welcoming, and our son is enjoying the process. The communication is great and the appt reminders are on point and just what we need. Definitely recommend.

Katie the outpatient supervisor is extremely rude and disrespectful called in anger for my child to be picked up due to no communication on the discharged when someone spoke to me that morning . Dealing with mental health kids you do your job and don’t get frustrated. Very rude and demanding

The communication is horrendous. I’ve been hung up on 6 times, they’ve taken my information to call me back and never did. This has been going on for over a week looking for my brother’s lost property. Don’t even get me started on the lack of treatment while he was there. I hope no family has to encounter this mess of a place when their going through a crisis.
