I had 6 of my kids attemd here for only 3 weeks ! Horrible experience when it came down to my kids . Had issues the first two weeks because they werent giving my sin the proper milk that was being provided to them . Also had issues with them swapping my sons back and forth from baby room to toddler to 3yr olds . They have VERY POOR AND AWFUL COMMUNICATION AMONG EACH OTHER ! Starting from the DIRECTOR BROOK SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO RUN A DAYCARE ! She has awful customer service and as well for her two individual staffs in the front ! To get you to get in the daycare they all sweet and stuff but when you speak up for their mistakes they wanna blame you for it ! This place its self has a TRASHY DIRECTOR THAT THINKS THAT SHE KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING AND SHE DOESNT ! She has the most poorest lack of communication with her staff. Cant never get to a good communication with her or anyone from the front ! I also had issues with iver charges and i always had to call every week to get them fix and all they knew how to say was “ IT WAS THE OWNERS DAUGHTER THAT DOES THE CHARGES” always a dumb excuse so they wouldnt look like they were wrong ! I also had problems with the director because she thought it was okay to keep my $45 worth of stuff and not give it back or repay me for my stuff ! She was trying to keep my son’s stuff when she had no rights to it . My older kids always complained about a teacher neglecting them ! I decided to called licensing for that matter because it was very disturbing that it was addressed and they never took care of the problem ! ME PERSONALLY I WOULDNT REFER THIS DAYCARE TO ANYONE BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE IS BAD ! Only have like 3-4 teachers that are good ppl there ! Therm rest of them are trashed ! Even her own staff would say shes a bad director and a bad boss ! Brook doesnt desserve that spot because she doesnt know how to run it ! I can say that my son’s teachers were amazing i loved them very nice and caring people ! Only 4 good teacher in between that whole chaos !

If I could give 0 stars I would. My baby used to love UBC academy. Her teachers were so good with her. However, they recently got a new director Brooke who’s on some kind of weird powertrip and all she cares about is the money. She doesn’t know how to talk to people and she’s never there when you need to call and speak with her. I would call at different times throughout the day and she either would be “in a meeting” or always “gone for the day” .. some days as early as 11am. They always say she’ll call you back and never would. Several parents had words with her because of her poor tactics as a director and she kicked their kids out! For example, she called the police on one of the parents and made her come get her child in the middle of the day because of a heated conversation she had with the parent the day prior. She let the child be dropped off and left there in the morning just to call the parent a few hours later and tell her she had to come get her kid because she’s no longer welcome at UBC and that she would be calling the police as well basically to try to get the child taken from her parent. She’s very unprofessional and for that, I decided to take my child somewhere better. They also used to be the cheapest in the area however, she increased the prices in June for the summer and now, is increasing the price AGAIN in September.. for no reason. They haven’t implemented any changes or made the facility any better but, she keeps increasing the prices. The owner doesn’t live in Texas so, she’s not much of a help. You can’t get any contact information for her so she’s basically left in the dark when situations happen and have to take the word of the director who is actually the problem. So far a lot of parents have decided to withdraw their children. Lastly, my baby’s favorite teacher told us on a Monday that her last day would be in 2 days after she had been there for over 3 years. She told us that she was going to find a new daycare.. so, that told me a lot as well. I would steer clear away from this “daycare”.

My 3 daughter’s have been attending UBC Academy for about 7 months already. Choosing UBC Academy has been the best choice I’ve ever made for my daughters. The staff here are kind, gentle and genuinely care about the children they look after. My daughters are kept safe whilst being given the most incredible opportunity to learn about the world around them. UBC Academy has given my daughters the platform they need to flourish. I have notice so many positive changes in them. My daughters are always happy to attend UBC Academy they don’t like when I pick them up early because they have so much fun. Mr. Clay in the summer plans really fun field trips my oldest has lots of fun!! Ms. Jackie is an amazing person with a very kind heart! I love her! She’s always making sure my baby girl (squishy) is well taking care of. This teachers I’m about to name are super great! (Ms. Penny, Ms.Tadesse, Ms. Dennis and Ms. Z) I can’t thank you enough for all you do for my girls. I love and I genuinely recommend this place! When I drop them off every morning I leave to work at peace knowing I’m leaving them with good hands. ❤️

I love this place as my daughter's been going here for a little over a year now always professional with us always willing to work with us only thing I don't like is some of their new teachers are sitting here playing Coco melon on their phones at 8:04 a.m. with all children in the same room Coco melon is legitimately engineered to keep your kids attention and there are so many studies that show short form content like cocomelon tick tock and others are horrible for a developing mind and I hope that y'all get on top of this as soon as possible thank you and have a great day- a concerned parent

My daughter Yesenia Vazquez takes my granddaughters to UBC Academy and it’s a really good day care I truly recommend this place. The staff are always making sure the girls are well taking care of and the daycare is always clean smelling clean. 5 starts for UBC Academy !!
